Welcome to our Kentucky lake house on 7.5 acres of land! Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, fish in the pond, and the scenic views of the lake. Whether you're relaxing on the deck or having drinks on the swing, our place is perfect for nature lovers looking for a peaceful getaway.

The interior of the house has newer furniture, wireless internet, wood burning fireplace, coffee bar, 65" television with all the regular streaming service apps, Bluetooth sound system, and is geared to make you and your family/friends as comfortable as possible.

Waterfalls: Explore the property, where you'll discover hidden waterfalls near the gazebo.

Pond: The 1/3 acre pond offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, making it the perfect spot for casting a line. Stocked with blue gill, sunfish, and minnows. Catch and release for 2024. Bass and catfish coming soon!

Gazebo: Step into our gazebo, nestled in the trees, offering a space to relax and unwind. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a romantic sunset, this spot is perfect for relaxation.

Wrap-around Deck: Experience some outdoor living with our expansive wrap-around deck. Adorned with comfortable seating and views, it's the ideal setting for dinner and drinks.

Fire pit: Hang by the fire pit with lake views, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Enjoy the gentle sway of the swing with some s'mores!

Massage: The Waterfall Lake House now offers a unique barefoot massage service for guests, allowing them to unwind and relax without leaving their accommodation. An experienced and licensed therapist provides soothing massages using her feet, delivering deep tissue relief and promoting relaxation. Guests can enjoy the convenience of professional massages in the comfort of their VRBO. Feel free to message before or after booking if you're interested!

The property does have lake views and is technically "on the water." However there isn't walkable lake access. The property sits high up on cliffs which is pretty typical for a lot of Lake Cumberland homes.

There is a steep gravel hill as you enter/exit the property. Maintain a good speed on the gravel while leaving the property.

There are two exterior cameras. One is facing the front exterior door for security purposes. The other is facing the property to assess landscaping needs throughout the year.

This was an absolutely fabulous and beautiful place. The house was clean and cozy and well taken care of. Plenty of space. The land was so peaceful. The views of the woods, lake, and waterfall were amazing. My mother is ordained and we decided to get married in the gazebo. It was perfect and intimate.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all. The gazebo, wrap around porch, and balcony are the perfect places to relax and listen to the waterfall & nature! The living room, bedrooms & bathrooms were all clean and tidy. The outside lighting is perfect. The drive is a bit bumpy down a steep driveway. Justin is an awesome host and replies quickly to any questions/concerns. The house is cozy and essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods & laundry pods are provided. There is a local “grocery” store (about 3 miles away) that has a little of everything & even has a deli, ice cream, sandwiches & pizza.

This is a great stay if you want somewhere without modern technology. Beautiful property and home, great for outdoors fun. WARNING: the owners are not lying when they tell you to get a nice speed going up the hill to leave property. STEEP HILL! Also know that there is not immediate access to lake. It is just from viewing distances only. The closest town is quite a while away even though it's only like 11 miles it will take 20-30 minutes to get there. WiFi is essentially non existent. So keep this in mind if you will be bringing small children and pre teens. Half wanted to explore land while the tween used up all the service. I also could only get WiFi calling which is very spotty. All in all a pleasurable stay with the owner getting back to me immediately with every message I sent him! A++++ hosts!

The home is welcoming. The fireplace was cozy and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the lake views from the swing and gazebo. The driveway instructions were helpful.

Justin was excellent in his response to questions before our arrival and recommended a marina for boat rentals. The recommendation was on target and we had great days on the lake. The house was comfortable to return to and just relax! The bedroom accommodations were perfect for three generations of family. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, the property is beautiful. The only negative thing I would have to say is the driveway is very rough without AWD or 4WD and also the kids were really excited about the fishing pond on the property but there was only a small area that was accessible to fish from the weeds have really grown up around it. But overall, we really enjoyed our time here. It is very close to a nearby beach that we visited while there.

The house was beautiful and clean. The property was great for night walks and hanging out. The waterfall is a little difficult for some to access I would say, but if you can, it is a great view! The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Everything we needed was available to us. As stated in the listing, the driveway is best suited for 4WD vehicles, but if you don't have that, you just have to maintain good speed going up. The host had great communication and was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This property was everything it was advertised to be and more. If peace and serenity are what you are looking for, this is your place. Bonuses are the views of the lake, deer, and the quick response from the host! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to booking in the future!

Perfect home off the beaten path. Quite, clean, safe, perfect for family time. Host is very responsive if any needs arise. We chose this spot because of its centrality to the things we wanted to do and see. It’s about an hour to two hour drive from caves, the ark, and tons of hiking trails. We brought our own kayaks and felt completely safe leaving them at the house when not in use. Great stay and everything we were looking for.
