Newly renovated lower unit of duplex. Two from the beach (65 steps). 4-bedroom, 2-full bath in Brant Beach Yacht Club area 3 Blocks from Bayview Park. Two flat screen TVs with cable/Roku/Netflix/Wifi (65 inch in living-room), back porch with gas grill, private outdoor shower, front yard with Cedar trees for privacy, off-street parking for 1 car (more parking at end of street by Custard Hut), and a private screened in front porch to watch the world walk by and listen to the waves crash on quiet mornings/evenings.

Includes all the necessities for a great vacation – full-sized fridge, full-sized stove, clothes washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air conditioning, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, etc. Walking distance from a few stores, ice cream shops, and 2 blocks from the bay. Left side of unit is 1 king bedroom and a bedroom with a twin and a bunk bed with trundle (sleeps 4) separated by a full bath. Right side of unit is one bedroom with a fqueen sized bed and another with a twin and a full separated by a full bath. Please bring the sheets/pillowcases/towels. – we have the dishwashing/clothes detergent and 10 beach badges.
Pet under 40lbs considered with $250 fee and vet docs up to date. Cleaning $200.

This house has an excellent location, just a block from the beach and a couple of blocks from the bay beach park. However, we were very disappointed with the condition of the house we rented. There was mold in the bathrooms, the lights were flickering on and off and the whole space was not up to the standards of cleanliness we’ve come to expect when we vacation in LBI, especially given how much we paid for the week. The entire apartment smelled of mildew, my father in law had to change the air filter and that barely made a difference. My mother in law said she woke up everyday feeling stuffy because of this. Additionally, my 2 year found this piece of wood with stapes sticking out that any one of us could have stepped on. Not sure how the cleaning crew missed this, we’re lucky none of us stepped on it. To make a bad situation worse, when we called to complain about the issues I was asked to send an email, which I couldn’t do till after the vacation, and the property manager/realtor refused to compensate us in any way. We got daily calls from her about the previous renter’s missing shoe and if that wasn’t a disturbance enough, she wanted us to take time out of our vacation to send an email about the issues I just spoke to her on the phone about. Overall, we loved the location but given how much we overpaid for the week, we will not be renting this place again.
