This apartment was sparkling clean, spacious, and in a great location for meeting up with family members to celebrate a couple birthdays. Host was responsive and it was great to have a parking space right behind rhe apartment.

The host was very responsive. We needed 3 bedrooms and it was a perfect fit. Suggest you park the car once and rely on walking or transit to get around (very easy vs. finding parking in the city). There are stairs and follow suggestions to carry luggage up through the front vs. the back spiral staircase. Thanks again for a great stay!

We loved our stay and will definitely be back. We have stayed all over Montreal, but this is by far our favorite neighborhood just steps from the gorgeous St. Louis Square And tons of amazing restaurants and shops. Vladi Was wonderful about answering any questions we had and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. Thank you so much! My only recommendation would be to replace the no parking sign for the parking space because it’s worn away and we came home one day and someone was parked in our spot and we had to track them down to get them to move. But it wasn’t a huge deal and everything else was A++++

Vlad place was an excellent stay. Our family ranged from seniors to young kids and all had a blast. The location can’t be beat and having a parking spot was key for us!

The property was lovely. Modern style while still being very homey and comfortable. Great amenities. Located in the Plateau area of Montreal you get a good feel for the neighborhood and are close to all of the things that Montreal has to offer. The unit is a 5 minute walk to a Metro station so the city is readily accessible to you but the immediate vicinity has many restaurants and shops too. We would recommend it and would return in the future without hesitation.

Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect! Awesome neighborhood to stroll around in, with endless food options. There is a nice little grocery store a 10 min walk away on Rue Roy. It was really convenient to have a parking spot to stash our car. Very clean and well designed!

Vlad was very quick to respond to questions we had. The rental was very clean and we had great water pressure in the showers. Great location! And having a parking lot across the street ($15/day) was easy in and out access. The stairs were challenging for this group of seniors but we managed. Enjoyed our stay.

The apartment provided a wonderful home base for exploring the Plateau neighborhood and the Sherbrooke Métro station was just a few minutes walk to get to everything else in Montréal. Everything about the apartment was wonderful and it feels even larger than it appears in the pictures. Vlad was super responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Montréal! One note: As stated elsewhere, the back steps are quaint, but a slight challenge to getting suitcases into and out of the flat (though I can attest…it can be done). If arriving by car - and if possible - a better bet is to pull into the little automobile indent (adjacent to the bike lane) on Rue St. Denis and drop suitcases off there before parking in back.

Host is super responsive . Apartment is immaculate and clean, stocked with all the necessary’s for a short 4 day stay. 5 minute walk to Sherbrooke metro and a mini market . Lots of eateries within walking distance. Enjoyed several nights enjoying red wine on one of the 2 terraces overlooking rue st. denis and people watching . Feeling relaxed

Beautiful apartment in an excellent part of the city. Close to everything. Our family walked everywhere to eat, shop, and sightsee. We drove in from our vacation spot in Niagara Falls do to a mishap with our train, but a car is not necessary in this area. The parking space provided is great in a city where parking is tight. The front stairs are steep and the winding staircase in the back is tight. We were able to get our bags in and out using the back stairs, but going through the front would be ideal with luggage. The apartment is very clean, well decorated, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the chocolates left in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 5 others and the place was clean and in a great location. Vlad was fast to respond and everything went as planned! We enjoyed the balcony at the back to enjoy our morning coffee.

Everything was great. Very clean, modern space in a great location. Host was available and quick to respond. The only draw back, the stairs from the parking spot to access the apt is a steep winding staircase so if you have any ambulatory issues you would have a problem. The front entrance has stairs but are not bad. We had a young person with us who carried our bags up but I would suggest you use the front entrance to load and unload your stuff. Once you figure out the layout it's very easy. I would rent this again.

Nice modern decor, comfortable spacious layout. Location and parking a huge plus. Balcony off the front of the apartment is adorable and the owner was available and accommodating. For us, some additional cooking utensils would have been helpful. Tissues, written directions for for towels and trash, maps and metro information and a chair/stand in the balcony bedroom were some other differences compared to our VRBO stays. If mobility is an issue then the stairs at this apartment would present a problem. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would go again knowing that we would just need to bring additional supplies.

This was a great homebase for a long weekend of sightseeing in Montreal. Centrally located and well appointed, the condo was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the terrace. The host was easy to reach and accommodating, even letting us drop off our bags before checkin. Would highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

The property was great, the beds were comfortable, never ran out of hot water during showers. We walked everywhere, but it was really convenient to have the dedicated parking space in the back. The check in and out process was super simple. Lastly, the host was always available to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This rental lived up to the beautiful description and pictures of this centrally located city apartment. Fantastic location within 5 to 30 mins walk to eateries, shopping, Museums, McGill University. Our host Vlad was quick to respond to a question we had in the middle of the day. He was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent this Vrbo again!

This location is great for walking and pooping into stores and restaurants. It is right where everything is located. Great people watching. Of note there are A LOT of steps up to the apartment, A LOT. I was happy fort the workout so didn't mind. Something to consider if you have mobility issues or just don't feel like walking up steps. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. I really enjoyed the books in the apartment. The colors and decorations, especially the at and there pink in the one room is great. We definitely did a photoshoot. Three littler chocolates in the kitchen was a nice touch. We loved that there was a washer and dryer for free as well.

Overall excellent apartment on all fronts. (1) great location (great restaurants and bakeries nearby), not far from McGill and downtown. (2)free parking was a very convenient, (3) host was responsive, (4) rooms and bathrooms - clean and fresh. We were a family of two adults and two kids (12 and 16 and it was a perfect fit for us.

Great location, so many restaurants nearby . Apt was very clean and well provisioned - laundry and dishwasher , exactly as advertised . Parking spot was a nice plus if you’re skilled in tight driving . Be aware steep stairs are present front and back if anyone has challenges . Other than this, the perfect location for all things Montreal .

This condo is as listed and the pictures are extremely accurate. The unit was very clean, spacious, and vibrant and had everything that my family needed and more. The downtown location is very convenient and Vlad is great host who is easy to reach if you have and questions or need anything.
