Great place, 5 ladies came for the Missouri Basket Weaving convention. Location was great in relation to where we needed to be. Nice size, clean. Great to have multiple bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the a.m. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay for our visit. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the interetates and we were able to get across the river quickly for the NASCAR races. Looking forward to booking again.

Overall, a very spacious house with room for a family of 6. One of the queen beds is down in the basement, while the other 3 beds are in the second floor. The kitchen was very nice with good counter space. It was nice to have a dining table that fit everyon. Very close to the Arch and zoo and downtown. Parking situation is a little awkward since you have to go through the front door to access and umlock the backyard driveway gate, and then drive around to the alley to pull into the driveway. But it was very nice to not have to park on the street.

Place was terrific. Just as listed. Easy check in, easy check out. Ample parking, plenty of room for 5 of us (one couple and 3 singles). House was clean, spacious and well stocked. Would definitely book again. 5/5

Our family had a wonderful stay - great location to get to all the locations we wanted to get to - very well stocked for any type of cooking - plenty of seating for eating and relaxing - and, best of all, Jackson stayed in contact with us to make sure all of our needs were being met. I would highly recommend this home for a trouble free and enjoyable stay.

Location is excellent. Quiet neighborhood. Very thoughtfully accommodated. It seemed like we walked into a friend’s house for the weekend but they weren’t home. Lots of space to eat, laugh, rest and bathe. High recommendations

Everything was as described. and one in front of the house The back yard is fenced in, so someone had to go through the house and unlock the gates. A little inconvenience, but so worth it to have that space. Our grandkids had fun playing in the backyard. Just about every kitchen gadget and appliance you would ever need. It was close to the downtown venue for our son's wedding. Would rent again! Thank you Jackson and Rick!

we had a nice stay in ST LOUIS. Home was very close to SLU were we were visiting my niece. location was good for all we had planned. nice size home with plenty of room and a nice yard to sit in.

We 100% enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for the six of us, both the physical property and the location of the property. Everywhere we planned to go as part of our stay, was just a hop, skip and a jump. It was great!!

Nice property. Needed a few minor cleaning issues addressed in the kitchen. Overall nice bedrooms and baths, family room and dinning were large. Close to Botanical gardens and restaurants.

House was great for our group. Plenty of space and centrally located between the church and the reception hall - not far from Soulard area. House was just as described. Would definitely stay again.

The location was great, neighborhood was very quiet. There was plenty of room for everyone . The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. I would recommend curtains in living room because glare on tv is extreme during the day. It was only inconvenient for my father in law who stayed home when we went on some adventures. I definitely will be using the next time we are in the area.

St. Louis was a great halfway meeting point for us to meet our son and his family for a long weekend. In a partially renovated neighborhood, the house is close to pretty much anything you need within a couple of miles. Jackson was a great host! He was very quick to answer all of our questions. Check in and check out were contactless and easy.

We enjoyed this property very much. There were no surprises upon arrival. Everything was just like indicated in pictures and write-up. Owners were quick to communicate if needed. Loved the location - close to attractions we wanted to go to. Only thing missing was a hair dryer! We would definitely stay here again!

Lucky find! Very well appointed. Everyone can have their own bathroom. In partially renovated neighborhood, but quiet and felt safe. Close to pretty much anything you need within a couple of miles. We had a wonderful stay.

The location was very close to Barnes Jewish hospital. Nice quick drive. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Nice back yard, beautiful brick home. All the amenities needed for the kitchen were available. Very quiet neighborhood.
