About this house rental

Pryor Patch is a great home in the sought after Comanche Crossing Subdivision. This home sleeps 14 with four bedrooms and four baths with a loft. It offers an outdoor fireplace and rock seating area for relaxation after a long day on the river. You can sit on the large covered porch and watch the wildlife. This home sits away from the road and offers great privacy. You have horseshoes for friendly competition and plenty of space to bring other games of your choice. With just a short walk to the river or short drive to the private parking area this house is sure to please.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with a group of 9 at the Pryor Patch in July 2024. We loved the house and the location. The house was perfect especially if you have a large group. Only five of us ended up going but the inside and outside were great. Nice chimney outside to make a fire a plus for us!!! a fire a plus for us lovlocation and the oeace and quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family visits the Frio every year. We really enjoyed our stay at Pryor Patch. We appreciated the privacy of the house, and the private parking to river access. ((Note: I did have to call and ask about the private parking area.) The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and a nice sized pantry. The bed configuration was perfect for our family, and the beds were comfortable. The temps were near 100 degrees, so we really appreciated the good working a/c. The front porch was great for drinking coffee and watching the deers, birds, and turkeys in the morning. Also wanted to note that we needed a mechanic because one of our vehicles was overheating. I called Nicole with Frio Family Getaway, and she was so helpful in trying to find someone to come out for us. It was another successful trip!

Private river access is right around the corner and since the location is just off River Road, it is convenient to many businesses, such as the convenience store, restaurants, gift shops, tube rentals, etc. The house was clean and well-maintained and the property manager, Nicole, was there for us for anything we needed.
