About this house rental
Gorgeous 3BR/2.5BA, 2,400 sq ft home with many views of the surrounding area from the many windows and 3-sided wrap around porch. Soak in the panoramic views from the outdoor couch and chairs with family and friends on this quiet property in Bay St. Louis. For those who love to cook there is a chef's dream kitchen with Viking appliances, professional gas stove, beverage cooler, granite counters, brick flooring, and cypress cabinetry. High ceilings, crown molding, brick, slate and hardwood flooring throughout, spacious primary bedroom with a wetbar and wine fridge. There are smart TVs in every bedroom and living room and a large dining table that seats up to 10 for food or card games. Very short walk to the Bay-Waveland Yacht Club, short golf cart ride (not provided) or bicycle ride (a few bikes are provided) to Old Town, Bay St. Louis Harbor, Restaurants, nightclubs and shops, not to exclude the beaches. There is a fish cleaning station downstairs/outside as well.

Beautiful, spacious house with fantastic amenities, close to the bay/beach and shops/grocery. The host, Jaclyn, was beyond nice, very accommodating and responsive. This place is a must-stay. Great for families.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our college fantasy football draft. It was beyond our expectations and I told the owner we would be back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was so beautiful and comfortable for our group. We were there celebrating our friend who is getting married. We had a group of 10 and 11 a couple of nights. The house is very roomy. The kitchen provided an awesome place for us to cook meals. We really enjoyed the outdoor area as well. It had a great view as we sat and drank coffee in the mornings. The house location is great to enjoy all the local shopping and restaurants. The owner was so great to work with from the time we reserved it till the moment we checked out. We would surely stay here again. Everyone in our group just loved the place.

This is our second stay in the beautiful home. It is very welcoming inside and out. It has plenty of space for a large family. It’s location gives us easy access to the Coast.

Beautiful house with everything that you need! We loved the wrap around porch, and it was a quick drive to downtown (minutes). We had 10 guest (6 adults and four kids). It was spacious and we never felt crammed. The host was also so nice and quick with responses during the trip and prior. We will definitely be back!

Our family stayed here for post Christmas visit. Wonderful property and so well located. Enjoyed riding provided bikes around town and coffee on the porch. Comfy beds. Thanks

Overall a nice place in a very nice location. The home and yard are well maintained. A few minor quibbles and one not so minor. First with 9 guests we had a total of 4 coffee cups. (down from the 5 a previous reviewer had mentioned lol) There were 2 Keureg machines which was handy since one was broken. No shampoos or bar soap provided but adequate and nice towels. The one major quibble is the listing showed 3 Baths, the detailed description said 2.5 baths, we could not find the half bath, perhaps it was behind a hidden door? With 9 guests that extra toilet would have been nice. Would recommend for younger families with kids, older folks might find the stairs tiresome.

Good location. Excellent parking under house to keep vehicle out of sun. Easy walk to the bay. Living area is large. 3 bedrooms. 1 super sized bedroom and bath. 1 br has two bunk beds good for young people. Not so great for older guests. If you have lots kids it’s perfect.
Ice maker didn’t work and dishes and glasses were not plentiful. There are plenty of wine coolers! 1 in the bedroom too. Nice large screen TVs make for a nice weekend football get away.
There was one odd request, wash all your dishes and replace before leaving. Most property managers just say put in the dish washer and start it. Which is way more convenient. Especially if you are checking out early morning.

House was lovely and a good quiet location. Problem was the kitchen was so poorly equipped with cooking utensils. We had only five coffee cups for seven guest. Very difficult to prepare anything. Microwave did not work and only one dish towel was available. Other than that all was great.

A few of my friends and myself rented this property to celebrate my divorce. The property is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I wish it would would have been less humid so we could have enjoyed the porch like we wanted to. We are already planning our next weekend getaway at this property. GREAT PROPERTY! GREAT HOST!

We enjoyed our stay. The house furniture was comfortable and decorated really nice. The beds were also comfortable, and the house size was perfect. There is plenty of seating. We were in town for a wedding, so the location was great. We walked in town daily. It wasn’t a big deal to cross the large road because there was not a lot of traffic. We even used the house to take pictures of the men in the wedding party. The only negative thing was the master room doesn’t not have a drawers or a closet available to unpack and store your clothes. However, that would not prevent me from staying at this house again. It was a beautiful home.

The house was very nice. One of the A/C’s was not working during our stay so it was very uncomfortable at night. Hopefully it’s an easy fix for the next guests! Overall was a great weekend with family! Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!
