Très moyen, compte-tenu du manque de contacts
L établissement a une vue magnifique Une piscine bien agréable La terrasse pour petits déjeuners
Personnel peu existant Pas de cafetière dans les chambres Si vous partez tôt un matin pour aller à l’aéroport, on ne vous propose pas de petit déjeuner ou un doggy bag

Motel en dehors de la ville d’un confort limité
Petit déjeuner en terrasse face à la mer
Personnel complètement absent aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ. Les explications pour accéder à la chambre ont seulement été données en portugais Des tas de fourmis dans la chambre et un confort plus que rudimentaire . Savon dans des petites pochettes en papier comme il y a trente ans… Quasi aucune prise de courant pour recharger les téléphones Petit déjeuner très limité

Unkomplizierter Check-In, Frühstück absolut ok, Parkplätze vorhanden
An vielen Stellen der Hotelwände war Schimmel vorhanden und im Zimmer sind einige Insekten unterwegs gewesen.

Enkel, bekväm och lätt
Frukosten, Gratis parkering utanför. Nära till det mesta då PICO Island är väldigt liten och man tar sig runt väldigt enkelt från det här lilla hotellet.
Frukosten var väldigt bra, Men de hade dåligt kontroll på hur mycket som fanns så vi hade väldigt lite frukost som vi kunde ta av. Svårt att nå personal på plats utan man måste ringa.

Gute Unterkumft für reisende mit eigem Fahrzeug.
Zimmer großzügig, schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Pool vorhanden.
Liegt leider etwas abseits, ohne eigenes Auto schwer zu erreichen. keine Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

The position is good expecially if you would trekking between the vineyards or to go to Grutas das Torres walking. The staff is very friendly.
The room was small and not well furnished. There was a bad smell. The breakfast was not very various

Beds, they had plastic linens, meant sweating all night. Breakfast was horrible, the really cheap stuff.

Good
The room was very simple but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was new and big. You have a nice view over vineyards and Faial on the big balcony. They also have a nice pool. The hotel offers a big breakfast buffet with more than enough food. The staff was very friendly (at the reception as well as the cleaning ladies or breakfast ladies!). You only have to walk 30 minutes to reach a beautiful beach. There is also a small hiking spot in the surrounding.
We don't have a problem with simple rooms. We just think that the price of the room was too high. The reception is not at every daytime staffed. When they are here you can go to the breakfast room and get some water. When not there is no option for getting filtered water.
