Tow Vehicle requires a 2" hitch receiver. A brake controller must be equipped as well. The trailer uses a 7 way round RV plug. We will provide a weight distribution hitch. The renter needs to bring all linens and pillows. The mattresses have protective liners installed. The camper is cleaned and sanitized before every use. The renter is responsible for returning it clean and on time. Excessive dirt or mud is subject to additional charges. Grey and Black tanks must be emptied prior to return or subject to an additional fee. Pick up and Drop off can be flexible with prior communication subject to availability. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside of unit. Evidence of smoking will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit. Pets are always welcome, select the pet add on at check out. We will make sure to include tieouts and water bowls for them.
