The staff here are so friendly and helpful
The receptionist was so kind would helped us sort our frozen items as it didnt fit all in our room refreshing. The security guy was so kind and helpful and the cleaners greeted us so well.. There wasn't any coffee,milk or tea in d room js salt n sugar in jars. The security guy kindly gave some tea of a used packet so we could make us some tea. There were very less plates cups and bowls available.
The bathroom needed a good clean and was pretty damaged n had a foul smell. No tea, coffee or milk provided. No hand wash or enough towels to wipe hands. Bathroom had very dim lights. The entire apartment needs a good reno

I absolutely loved the staff especially the Night watch guy was very helpful too myself & partner. The lovely in house workers always so helpful and on the ball with our washing. There was one very lovely lady worker who was very delightful and always showed her Bula smile đ. I didn't get her name bit she did our washing. Vinaka vakalevu to you beautiful staff â€ïž.
Our first room was a little cramp and the bed was very creeky & bed legs were very loose. We were unable to sleep on the bed. My partner decided we would sleep on the floor . Next morning I saw the manager and he was awesome and moved us to another room quick smart. Where we stayed our remaining 3 days .

Location
The property should not be on the market in bookings.com. Itâs falsely advertised as 3 star. The property had rats running inside and bathroom, toilets and laundry were worse than a third world country status. It was slimy and filthy with mildew growing all around. The shower glass was broken in all bathroomâs. The hand basins had filth and mildew.
The door to the porch was broken and we couldnât shut the door during heavy rain. The AC in the bedrooms didnât work. To repair the AC, the electrical team had to climb on the bed and through the window to go outside to repair. There is no lift to the building. Unfortunately had to climb 3 floors with 30kg suitcase per person (5). The list goes on

Its a apartment with cooking facilities says in the website but dirty old cooking utensils, you won't even feel like to cook in that, beds were really hard , they need new mattress , cleaning not up to standard.

The experience was satisfactory at best. Retrieving my keys was expedited, however, beyond that, there were notable shortcomings. Despite the receptionist's assistance in arranging a taxi for the morning, the service ultimately failed as the taxi did not arrive as scheduled.
Ugh, the bed was a nightmare with its noisy metal frames that squeaked every time you shifted. And don't even get me started on the toilet situationâthe water level was always on the verge of overflow after each flush, giving me major anxiety.đ° The towels were this weird off-white colour, making me wonder if they were even clean. And to top it off, there were cockroaches crawling around, both dead and alive. It was gross.đ€ą

Location- easy to locate and walkable to other amenities.
Internet was very poor and late service. You have to ask for everything- internet, towels, cleaning, broken air con (wasnât repaired to the day we left. No clear directions on the functionality of the facility equipment operation. Need some cooking and eating utensils.

There should be more kitchen equipment - pots, spoons, cups, toaster, hand towels etc. The kitchen was incomplete. There was no washing machine

The staff were nice and if you needed laundry done they would wash it for you and fold it. Only good thing. Thank you to the kind staff everything else. 1/10
The mattresses felt like bricks lol the only thing that was probably close to being comfortable was the couch đ. Very uncomfortable they donât change your sheets either which was pretty poor. But if you need a place to lay your head at night while you wait for your flight this is the place very cheap for that.

Il y a un petit centre commercial à 3 min à pied de l'hÎtel. TrÚs pratique pour le petit-déjeuner ou les repas.
Personnel trÚs accueillant et trÚs agréable. Mais leur bonne volonté ne peut pas régler tous les problÚmes de l'hÎtel. Assez proche de l'aéroport: j'ai payé 20$ ma course, en sachant que le conducteur avait un peu gonflé le prix de la course.
Les fenĂȘtres de la chambre donnaient sur le coin oĂč tout le linge de l'hĂŽtel Ă©tait Ă©tendu. Donc bcp de passage devant ma chambre (107). Le matelas Ă©tait dur comme du bĂ©ton. Le wifi ne marchait pas du tout dans la chambre, j'Ă©tais obligĂ©e d'aller dans le lobby pour en avoir. Dans la chambre, rien pour faire bouillir de l'eau pour un thĂ©; et ni verre ni tasse. Je suis restĂ©e 4 nuits, le mĂ©nage de la chambre n'a Ă©tĂ© fait qu'Ă mon arrivĂ©e.

Spacious rooms, really nice staff, good location only 10min from the airport- just what we needed for two nights.
The rooms weren't very clean, could definetly do with a deep clean. Kitchen was spacious but had barely any equipment to cook and barely any dishes.

Location was close to restaurants and shops. Parking was great and plentiful. Someone was available to help up with our luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor - no lifts in the building.
A/C in the living room was not working. A/C units in the rooms did not cool the rooms - operated as fans. Rice Cooker still had grains of rice on the lid. Interior was quite old and could see patch up work on the walls that was not painted over. The pictures had a television but no television was in the room. Stairway unsafe. Receptionist was abrupt and frankly did not portray good customer service and the Bula spirit. On check in information provided stated $10/hour for late checkout, however upon enquiry, staff quoted $20/hour.

There was good wifi in the room, which was actually a two bedroom apartment. There was also a kitchenette.
The two single beds had the hardest âmattressesâ I have ever encountered. You would have been just as comfortable sleeping on the tiled floor - seriously! We took cushions off the lounge to make a usable mattress. (The double bed was ok)
Also the TV didnât work, and the guy who came up to fix it couldnât seem to work out what the problem was. So we had no TV for our two nights.
The apartments are only a couple of hundred metres to the side of end of an airport runway, so there was some aircraft noise - though not as bad as living near Sydney airport.

Only the location was ok
This is the WORST hotel deceiving with fake or years old photos on booking.com. We booked based on photos and what we found was the WORST. The bathroom was extremely dirty and smelly. The kitchen had utensils which are years and years old. The sliding door had no option to lock while we were at 3rd floor and we booked with kids. No lift. Walls had paint patches. Extremely hard bed without removing the plastic cover. When we requested for providing an alternate room the reception staff guy was not friendly at all. We just moved to another hotel after our last stay with a similar price and it's a million times better.

Staff were exceptional, generously made us a cup of tea when we arrived as our room did not have facilities. This was a basic, very good value for money overnight stay before flying out from Fiji. Quick run to airport and again, staff had our early morning taxi pick up sorted in no time.

We went there at 5:05 pm and the staff who was at the reception was very unfriendly ( very opposite to Fiji hosts). He was rude when I asked him to not charge the credit card ( to avoid surcharge) and rathe paid him cash. Later when we went back to ask about the missing facilities in the apartment, he had music on high volume and refused to turn it down despite me asking him as i could not hear him. Such an unfriendly and rude staff.

No washing machine ( the picture on booking.com showed washing machine). When we said we were unhappy the manager offered to get our cloths done in their laundry which was the only option!
The door to the balcony has no lock. I was told by staff that "non of the apartments in their building had lock in the balcony door as they have just taken over this building a month ago" and I found it hard to believe. So ended up spending a sleepless night.
Overall the apartment was unclean. we found a toothpick on the lounge!

Nothing. This place is dirty and uncomfortable- youâre better off sleeping on the floor. There are no mattresses on top of the bed ensembles, they are rock hard.
The couches have some disgusting stains that look like bodily secretions. Itâs loud- a band that was playing close by didnât finish up until until 7am and you could hear it very clearly. Everyone that walked past your room you could also hear.

Bathroom stunk, showers looked dirty. Bedding was super super hard (beyond belief) with a wet stain on the leather. Couch was covered in many suspicious stains. No washing up liquid provided (despite a sign saying you lose your bond if you don't wash your dishes).
