You are all welcome to relax! Our doors are open at affordable rates in these difficult times with the cooperation of our guests. LED Light Paradise is 8 mins drive to Hollywood Beach, close to Fort Lauderdale airport, seaport, and access to I-95 to reach Miami-South Beach. It accommodates up to 10 guests. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 Jacuzzis, a central air conditioner, and 2 car parking spots.
The house is in a two-story building with the main entrance on the ground floor; the second floor is reachable by a staircase only. It is decorated with lots of modern elements, including color-led lights and many pieces of art. The property is clean, sanitized, safe, and ready for you. The total number of bedrooms is four; the total number of beds is six, plus one air mattress, including 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the bedroom downstairs, One bunk bed (1 full and 2 twin beds) in the other bedroom downstairs and 1 Murphy Queen bed in the small bedroom upstairs, the guests have to pull the cabinet door open this bed, please notice that this is a small bedroom. Blackout curtains are available in all bedroom windows to comfortably sleep. There are 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms share an astonishing common area great for family and group gatherings. There are three parking spaces available on site. Please, see below for more details.
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, working class. It is a mixing of different cultures. We are a family that does not discriminate against any person based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, political association, nationality, gender, or disabilities. We expect the same.
If you are loud or like loud music, this is not a place for you. We do not allow loud noises at any time during the day, and especially between 10:00 p.m. to 7:00a.m.
Be aware! Do NOT park your car in front of our neighbors. They will tow it without noticing us, they have done that.
HOUSE RULES
• The guest making the reservation is at least 21 years old
• The Host or Co-Hots will send the guests the self-check-in information a few days before their arrival
• The check-in is at or after 4:00 PM • The check-out is by 11:00 AM
• The host or the co-host inspect the property around 11:30 AM after each check-out
• Only the guests (up to 10 - ten) in the reservation are allowed in the property; no visitors of friends and/or family members. No more than 10 guests due to insurance policies. Please, cooperate with us. We use outdoor surveillance cameras to monitor occupancy violations
• Visitors are not permitted and will be considered and treated as private property trespassers
• Parents or legal guardians must accompany children always.
• Pets of any kind and size are not allowed on the property. Violators will receive a $500 fine
• The Host, Co-Hosts, and property owners are not liable for physical or psychological injure, death, and personal property damage or loss suffered by any guest in the booking or their illegal visitors.
• The host does not accept luggage drop off before checking-in nor luggage storage upon checking-out
• The host does not guard mailed parcels of any kind, with no exceptions. Any package received in the mail will be returned to the sender immediately or disposed of if no sender is specified
• Use only 2(two) parking spaces on the driveway. Additional cars will be towed away at the guests’ expenses
• Guests shall keep the front door locked always
• Guests shall keep the doors and windows always closed to avoid common Florida insects indoor
• Guests shall keep essential cleanness indoors and outdoors always • Guests shall treat the entire facility with love and care
• Guest shall turn off the lights on their way out
• Guests shall dispose of only toilet paper in the toilets
. They cannot dispose of any wipes or other items. If guests clog the toilet, the host will call a plumber at the guests’ expenses to be deducted from the security deposit
• Guests shall avoid disposing of food or other items in the kitchen sink. If guests clog the sink, the host will call a plumber at the guests’ expenses, or the repairment cost will be deducted from the security deposit
• Parties are not permitted
• Loud and noisy activities that disrupt tranquility are not permitted • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guest shall not bother the neighbors
• Smoking is not permitted indoors; violators will be charged $500 additionally to eliminate the smoke odor. The additional charge will be determined based on property damage and the magnitude of the work needed to return the property to its conditions before the beginning of the corresponding booking
• The host only provides the supplies present in the property at guests’ arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed.
• Guests are responsible for using at their discretion any products, electronic, appliance, or any other item in the property; for example, checking the labels for allergies
• The Host, Co-Host, and property owner are not responsible for personal items left at the property upon check-out or lost during the booking duration. However, any personal items found at the property can be mailed to the guests upon request at guests’ expenses
• Guests shall turn off the propane tank after finish using the BBQ grill always
• The use of candles is not permitted indoors. Only the citronella candle for mosquitoes outdoor is allowed
• The host, co-host, and property owner support copyright protection laws. The reproduction or download of copyrighted material using the internet access provided by the host is a crime. Guests infringing copyright protection laws are responsible for these violations and might face legal actions for them
• Guests will use the smart HDTVs at their discretion, and they are responsible for log in to and log out from their streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, and others • The host or the co-host will notify the guest via VRBO messaging if maintenance personnel need to access the property to repair or replace any item or piece of equipment
• The host will not compensate the guests for the temporary outage of propane, water, internet, and electricity. However, the host will report immediately any utility issues to the corresponding company for a prompt service reestablishment
• We do not offer a maid and/or housekeeping services during booking.
• Before checking-out, the guest shall wash the dishes, and place all kitchen items where they found them at check-in and throw away the trash in the trash containers located outside the building in front of the house
• The all outdoor area of the property is under 24 hours of video surveillance. If requested or necessary, the host, co-host, and the property owner shall disclose recorded videos to law enforcement agencies and VRBO.
• Guests shall not move the furniture around; any damage found will be deducted from the deposit, and/or ask for more money to fix the damage
• The shooting and publishing of photo or video projects in the property require the host permission
The vacation rental is located within 1,000 feet of a school, designated public school bus stop, daycare center, park, playground, or another private or public recreational facility where children regularly congregate and shall not be rented to nor occupied by any person who has been convicted of a violation of F.S. §§ 794.011, 800.04, 827.071, or 847.0145, or convicted of a similar felony sexual offense in any other state, Federal Court or military tribunal in the United States, regardless of whether adjudication has been withheld, in which the victim of the offense was less than 16 years of age.
Regarding the jacuzzis,
Very important: It is NOT allowed to use the jacuzzi during QUIET hours (10:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m). As well, loud music and loud conversations are completely forbidden OUTDOOR during QUIET hours. Please understand and respect that this is a property with outdoor video surveillance.
Hot tub sessions are recommended to last between 15 and 30 minutes; you might be able to extend your soak to 45 minutes. We believe there's enough time from the sunset to 10:00 p.m. (no exceptions, please DO NOT insist). Be aware; the hot tubes DO NOT work during QUIET HOURS. We always want to AVOID any misunderstanding.
• Use the jacuzzis at your own risk; keep them closed and locked when not using them.
• Shower before using the jacuzzis
• Children of any age should be accompanied by an adult always when using the jacuzzis. Please, remember to keep them locked for your safety.
• Pregnant women, children, people with health problems, and people using alcohol, narcotics, and other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use the jacuzzis without first consulting a doctor
• Maximum capacity of 4(four) persons per jacuzzi
• Maximum use 15 minutes • Maximum water temperature 104 F degrees
• No diving
• Food and beverages are not allowed in the jacuzzis
• Glass containers are not allowed in or by the jacuzzis
• Guests shall not use shampoo, bath salts, or any other products in the jacuzzis. Violators will be fined up to $2500 to replace damaged parts, including but not limited to the electronic panel, pipes, heater, and water pump
• To turn on the jacuzzis, use the switches inside the acrylic box on the white small post.
• Guest shall turn off the jacuzzis, place and lock their covers after each use
• The jacuzzis overheat if left on; after that, they will not start for 8 to 10 hours. Please, notice the jacuzzis take up to 8 hours to warm up.
• Nudism is not permitted to use the jacuzzis or any outdoor area
