For business executives coming into the area for work and families relocating to Washington, this little furnished house in Seattle is the perfect place to spend all your quiet moments. It’s located in the highly desirable Shorewood neighborhood and is flush with excellent amenities to make you feel at home.
The 1,500 square feet to spread out across. It includes three bedrooms and one bathrooms and is available to rent for a month or longer.
It’s fully furnished and decorated and comes with a CHBO-certified and CHBO-complete. For long term rates please see CHBO 26453
All utilities are included in the long rental price, 2x per month cleaning services and all landscape maintenance!
This Seattle furnished house has recently been updated with a few extras and amenities, new kitchen appliances, new shower, toilet and sink, converted 1 car garage into a game room with ping pong, dart board and 65" TV.
From this room, you can step outside onto the private furnished patio. This opens to the huge fully fenced backyard with horse shoe pit, hammocks, yard games, corn-hole, badminton, etc... and of course an impeccably maintained half acre lawn.
There are several hospitals and clinics in the area for those traveling as nurses or other medical professionals. Seattle Children’s Hospital is only five minutes away from these corporate short-term rentals. In addition, those working or attending classes at the University of Washington Campus will be only a 20-minute commute away. The main floor of the home has three bedrooms with new furnishings, 65" Televisions are provided, along with access to streaming services.
While spending time in Seattle, you’ll be on a half acre lot that is quiet and peaceful (wonderfully kind neighbors on both sides!) There’s plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing
