The third bedroom features a king bed and a TV, while the fourth bedroom includes a king bed and a TV behind large sliding Shoji doors. The fifth bedroom has a luscious queen bed and TV. These three guest rooms are located on the main floor and share a hall bath.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 2 dogs , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-Home is located off a major thoroughfare, Torrey Pines road. Some noise can be heard but is well worth the view! In addition, turning out of the driveway and on to the road requires a bit of patience and timing.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is 2 off-street parking spot in the uncovered (10'6 W x 17' D)​​​​​​​ large multi Car (3-4) Ddriveway. Additional street parking is available around the corner from the property on Princess Street. Please review street signs for any potential restrictions. Turning out of the driveway and on to the road requires a bit of patience and timing.
