Curated for your complete comfort, the interior of this home has been decorated with an inviting color palette and homey fixtures. The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings and plush furniture, sit and relax here while visiting with your loved ones.

The kitchen is well-equipped for all of your culinary ventures when you aren't testing out the local fare. When it's time to eat, dine at the generous dining area, or alfresco on the sun-drenched patio.

The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home, making it easily accessible for all. Complete with a large TV, a gas fireplace, and a spa-like en suite bathroom, this room is an oasis in itself. After a day in the sun, sink into the soaking tub or rinse off in the walk-in shower. Rest assured that all of your family members will be content with their room selection as each of the other three rooms is airy, spacious, and bright.

Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and two additional gas fireplaces.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Spacious home with privacy for 3 couples and kids. Well furnished kitchen with sunlight every where. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Our family of 5 and our frenchie stayed for 5 nights in the end of June. The house was very clean and spacious with king beds in every room that were very comfortable. This was a big change to other vacations in CA when we have opted to be closer to the beach but were cramped in a much smaller house. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the beach. Management was very quick and efficient in addressing our concerns. When we first arrived the pool had a lot of debris but a pool guy came out first thing in the morning to clean and a new net was dropped off to replace a broken one. Being that it was the middle of summer, it was a bit hot. We had to buy some portable fans for each room. There weren’t enough provided but management did bring a really nice large fan for the main area, which we thought was pretty nice of them. The pool was also great for the kids to play and to cool off. We had a great time.

The house was very clean. Location was convenient. Beds were nice and comfortable. The home is spacious. We had a few mechanical issues (smoke alarms / toilet) that were promptly taken care of. Some of the furniture is dated - but overall comfortable.

The home was clean, well-stocked, and in a great, convenient location to shops and restaurants. We had enough space to spread out and enjoy our first time in California. I would highly recommend this home.

Plenty of space for the family to spread out. Large beds in each room. Lots of closet space to keep things. Love that we could park the car in the garage. Garage opening is pretty narrow to get in and out of, so we only parked inside one night. A garage door opener would have been nice to go in and out of, but not a big deal to go through front door. Neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Next door neighbor we met was super friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The home was pretty well maintained and beautifully decorated. The oven never heated properly. The landscaping (in the back yard) was not maintained. There was a lot of dog poop when we arrived and the ants were very excessive. Didn’t use the bathroom on the lower level as you would get attacked by the ants. There was no BBQ grill as advertised. The toilet on the upper floor ran constantly. Only 2 tvs worked. The pool man showed up on Thursday after we complained it was not cleaned on Wednesday. Many items were provided and there was never an essential item that was not provided. Much thought was given to providing essentials. Check in and out was easy. The location was excellent with close proximity to the beach.

This was a good house for families to rent. Very clean with the exception of the backyard could have used a little cleaning up. The house, however, does get very hot and there was only one working fan. With the climate, continuing to get hotter, I would highly suggest the owners invest in air conditioning.

The pool was dirty. We checked in on Monday after 4:00 pm. I reported the dirty pool and sent pictures. They claimed the pool was clean and the pool guy would be there on their scheduled day (Tuesday). The pool guy showed up on Wednesday as we were checking out. He proceeded to clean the pool and apologize for the inconvenience. I sent pictures to Vacasa of the clean pool so they could see the clear difference. The house also shows there is cooling and heating. But the call center stated there is no air conditioning! Then I got text from Vacasa apologizing for the inconvenience and stating that someone to fix the ac soon. I asked them to give me a 10 minute before showing up on the property. I got the the 10 minute notice two hours after I checked out. Once again they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to give me “credit “. I asked for a partial refund instead. They said they would ask their manager and get back to me . It’s been a week and I have not heard back from them. Nice house , good location, poor customer service by Vacasa .
