About this apartment rental

Luxury Condo on the Beach block. First floor location allows easy access with no stairs to climb. Sit out on the large deck and enjoy the sun. Large interior floor plan gives everyone lots of room. Central Dewey location with a comfortable living space makes a great place for large families to spend a weeks vacation together. We do not rent to high school senior groups. Park four cars. Two in condo parking spaces provided right in front of the unit for easy unloading. Then get to park two additional cars with Dewey Beach Parking Permits. Large flat screen TV in living room, Wall mounted flat screen TV's in all bedrooms. Washer dryer located off the hallway. One larger dual sink master bath, all four bathrooms are tiled. Deck is equipped with two tables, plenty of chairs and a large deck cabinet for beach chair storage. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before you enter the condo. Short walk to the beach without crossing any street, deck ramp leads to beach access. Telephone, wi fi internet, TV cable included. Three large sliding glass doors to deck Back Bedroom is set up like a game room. Bunk bed trundle on half the room and the other half has game area. You can bring your own play station or gameboy and plug into large flat screen supplied. New Living room furniture, Fold out bed in living room couch, large fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, large table and chairs. Jolly Trolly pick up out front to ride to Rehoboth Beach, so there's no need to drive to the boardwalk. Ramp to enter the front door. Access to bath from hall, livingroom, dining area wheel chair accessible.

It’s not often one finds such a large reasonably priced unit with so many bathrooms. Living spaces nicely decorated and of course beachy given that the ocean was a block away. Supplies/refills were appropriate for our length of stay. If I had to complain about something it would be the showers. Showerheads looked moldy as did under ledge step. And being someone who washes their own bathroom rugs every couple weeks I thought theirs hadn’t seen a washer in quite some time. I will give extra points for owner communications. His was more than excellent.

Great property. Close to everything - the beach, restaurants, shops. So close to the other DE Beaches too to hop around if desired. Nice, large, clean space with lots of room to spread out for a larger group. Host was great and very responsive! We'll be back!

This was a wonderful, clean and super spacious property! The host was incredibly communicative and helpful at all times from beginning of booking to the end of our stay. The location was perfect and our group of friends had a lovely weekend. Awesome coastal decor!

We have stayed in Dewey at different locations over the past 14 years and this condo was by far our favorite location yet. The single floor unit was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. Parking was a non-issue which is a huge plus in Dewey. Short walk to the beach and close to all shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. We hope to come back again.

Property was as described. My family and I had a great vacation. My only recommendation is to bring umbrellas for the patio tables since the deck faces west. We would stay again with a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and Jolly Trolley stops.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach condo. Plenty of space for everyone and it was great having a bathroom connected to each bedroom. The communication with the host was smooth and prompt which made the entire booking experience hassle-free. Dewey Beach has been my family’s favorite vacation spot. We look forward to going back!

My family loved this place! It is in a great location and is in walking distance to everything (stores, restaurants, mini-golf, and the beach!!) This home was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinking our coffee and relaxing on the front porch in the morning. Parking was a breeze as well. If you're looking for boardwalk time, it's a very short drive to Rehoboth. The owner, Robert, was great to work with. Check-in was super easy and he was very responsive. We give it 5 stars!! We will definitely be back!

We loved this place! Huge and spacious, very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to beach, only negative is coastal highway frontage but didn’t really bother us when doors were closed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for a large group, each room with it's own bathroom, and the way the porch offered access to both sides of the building and a private shower was very nice. Location was fantastic and convenient to the beach and multiple restaurants. We would stay again.

I had a fantastic time at this condo. This location can’t be beat!!! Walking distance to everything Dewey has to offer. Check-in and out was easy and the additional 2 parking passes provided came in handy. I have no complaints and would 100% recommend staying here.

Good layout for 2 families with 4 bedrooms separated from the living room. The floors and bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but it was livable. Otherwise the place had everything we needed as our goal was to be close to the beach.

We stumbled upon this condo at the last minute after we were given a week's notice that another rental had flooded and we wouldn't be able to use it. We are SO GLAD that we did. The location was fantastic. The big outdoor patio was perfect for kids to run around in the mornings. Walk to the beach was all of 3 minutes. The trolley stop was a block away. The living room set up with lots of seating was amazing. We are so so so glad that we found this place. It was our first trip to Dewey, and we'd love to rent this same exact place again!

I stumbled upon this listing while frantically searching for a place to stay for a last minute trip to Dewey this summer. I was a little nervous about it being right off the main road, but I shouldn’t have been. There is a nice hedge that gives you plenty of privacy and the entire (huge!) deck is gated on both ends. Perfect for little kids to run around. It was very clean and comfortable inside and as a bonus, each room has its own en suite. We also loved all the board games that were included. That was a fun touch. The location is perfect - it’s a short 5 minute walk to the beach, has easy-to-access private parking and is walking distance to all of our favorite Dewey spots. We had such a wonderful time! My kids are already asking me to book the same place again next year!
