Merci pour votre gentillesse, je recomande ++

La propreté de l’établissement, la gentillesse du personnel et surtout du manager et du patron ! Nous sommes arrivés le jour de pâque et ils nous ont immédiatement invité à partager un repas de fête avec eux ce qui nous a beaucoup touché, la navette gratuite pour l’aéroport qui est un vrai plus pour la tranquillité d’esprit, la petite piscine sympa

Des petits détails à ameliorer comme un peu plus d’équipements dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir etendre les serviettes et poser les affaires de toilettes. Mettre un peu plus de transat avec des matelas et des parasols mais le patron est à l’écoute et veux améliorer les choses :)

Wonderful Place to start Ceylon tour

The time I spent in Steps Garden Resort is remarkably Wonderful. Staff very helpful, well trained and their hospitality is beyond. The room was hygiene and had a nice view. If I have more time before I end my trip I’d love to spend another time at this resort

Der beste Start, den wir uns für einen Urlaub auf Sri Lanka vorstellen konnten und mit voller Punktzahl von uns weiter e

Das Ressort war sehr gepflegt. Es gab einen Restaurantbereich mit einer sehr sauberen Küche. Das Zimmer war hell und gut durchlüftet. Die Dusche war separat im Badezimmer, sodass nicht der komplette Raum nass wurde. Der Hoster und das gesamte Personal waren sehr nett und äußerst hilfsbereit. Nicht nur während unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns bei allen Fragen weiter geholfen, sondern auch die gesamte Zeit danach waren wir in Kontakt. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir auf Sri Lanka bekommen haben. Es wurde frisch für uns zubereitet. Auch das Dinner war ausgezeichnet. Es gab einen (zuzahlungspflichtigen) Airport Shuttle, was ebenfalls sehr gut organisiert war. Wir können Steps Garden Ressort uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden selbst ohne Zweifel gerne wieder her kommen!

Never again

Airport pickup worked. There is a beginning of a spice garden.

Never again! Communication with hotel personnel was difficult and unreliable. No breakfast or organised TukTuk for our departure day as promised. Also, they tried to charge us double the price of booking.com and even followed us to the train station and threatened with all kinds of stuff. The boss is a scammer, so stay away! Also, It's still a construction site. And the location is a mit outside and non-hotel-ordered drivers are really struggling to find it. And hotel ordered drivers again charge twice of what city tuktuks want. There is a pattern..

Superb

Easy access from the airport and available for very late check in. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast of eggs, toast, and sausages in morning. Tea was delicious.
