Excellent place with friendly people, will stay again

Great little place to stay within 30 minute walk to the o2 Arena. Neatly situated above a lovely little pub with a nice friendly vibe. The rooms are small but cosy and clean with everything you need for a few nights. Tea, Coffee, chilled water and fresh milk available.

I could imagine the road noise being an issue for light sleepers especially if you want the window open but didnt cause us much issue.

I wouldn't book to stay again.

There was plenty of room in the main room.

There was loud music coming from somewhere in the building (but not the other guest rooms) till midnight at least on the Wednesday night we stayed, but the pub below was closed at 11pm. We found this very annoying. The smaller bed in the room was very uncomfortable and not up to standard. The photographs on the website on booking.com were very flattering compared to when we seen the room for ourselves.

Great pub, good rooms but poor communication left us feeling let down

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the room was nicely decorated. The pub only serves pizza for food, but with good gluten-free and vegan options and there is a 10% discount available if you are staying here.

We sepcifically requested a quieter room and as told we'd been allocated a room on the top floor. We were given Room 1, which directly overlooks the beer garden which is open until 12am, is above the corridor that leads into the pub and has a door that is CONSTANTLY slamming (which I assumed is for the gents toilets) and has the cooling equipment for the beer cellar outside the window - actually turned out to be the noisest room I've ever stayed in. Asked if we could have a table reserved for us in the pub for 7pm as we knew it would be busy and were told that would be fine. When asking at the bar, no-one had any awareness of a table being booked for us so we needed to cajole some people to let us sit down.

Lovely place, great value just shame about the road noise

The Crown is a lovely pub downstairs, with nice rooms, nicely decorated, comfy beds.

I did ask for a quiet room when booking - i didn't get much sleep with the traffic noise all night as it's on a main road. I was hoping for one if the rooms not on the front.

Won’t recommend this stay to family or friends.

The location was ideal for when we visited the o2 arena. So didn’t have to rely on public transport.

The room was really small and confined which doesn’t help when the room is dark. When we arrived we believe someone else was in our room so we was put into another room which was disappointing. There was no milk in the room We was left a small amount of toilet paper Bathroom wasn’t cleaned as there was water marks all in the shower and on the towel rail. It was dusty in the room on all surfaces. Only bonus about this stay was it was close to the o2 arena.

A lovely, comfortable room

Had a nice aesthetic & lovely & clean however, lighting wasn’t that good. Staff were lovely.

Nice stay.

Comfortable bed, clean, good location, great pub with good beer selection and friendly service.

The only complaint is that there was no milk in the room, which given the fact there was a good coffee machine is all the more a shame. There is a fridge at the bottom of the stairs with water bottles and when we got there it also had a large bottle of fresh milk, however when we wanted a coffee later it had disappeared, maybe a selfish guest had helped themselves to all of it I don't know but a better system is definately needed.

Super pour un concert à l’O2!

Nous ne nous attendions pas à ce qu’il faille passer par le pub pour récupérer la chambre, mais c’était une bonne surprise car le personnel était très accueillant !! Les lits sont très confortables et la situation géographique super pour aller à l’O2

La chambre et salle de bain sont beaucoup plus petites que sur les photos . Nous entendions aussi beaucoup le bruit de la rue!

Great overnight stay, exceptionally clean accommodation in a great location for the O2.

Well situated with a short bus ride / taxi away from the O2. Great pub, liked the atmosphere, room accommodation was above the pub via outside private & locked gate with a key code access. Room was exceptionally clean with a kettle & tea making facilities. Large tv & private shower inc large bath towels & shower gels & washes.

Everything was great, with only suggestions to improve: Add coffee into the room for non tea drinkers. Add a hand towel in the shower room & maybe one extra for those washing long hair to wrap it up in & not drip. Tune tv in to standard stations. These are just suggestions & didn’t affect the stay.

Great rooms, friendly staff

Friendly staff, clean room, fresh linen, newly decorated l. Stayed in room.3 which was huge with large beautiful windows on two sides. 10% discount in the bar on food and drink. Ten minutes from the 02 and very tasty little cafe 0.2 miles down the street. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Pleasant night's stay.

The bed was comfortable and clean, lovely hot shower, the coffee machine was a nice touch, as was the jar of sweets!

The ceiling light didn't appear to work too well which made the room look quite dull, also it would have been nice to have small hair towels as well as the bath sheets, and to also have long-life milk pots/sachets in the room rather than having to walk down the communal hallway to get the milk from the fridge, but all in all, it was quite lovely.

Nice little room. Had everything we needed. Clean and decent location. The ladies working the bar were lovely. We had some beer and pizza before we headed out and highly recommend the pizzas!

Only tip is id take headphones if you’re a light sleeper as you can hear noise from the roads and the doors are quite heavy so can hear when They open and close. But that’s Standard for most hotels!

Comfy, quirky, good value place to stay in Greenwich

Massive room! Comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Loved the jar of sweets. Good value given the size and considering the nightly rate of nearby hotels.

Very loud until midnight on a Friday (understandable at a pub on a Friday night in London, music finishes at midnight). Lack of storage - room could do with a small chest of drawers or similar, and a bin in the room.

The friendliness of the staff make this accommodation a real gem!

Well decorated and exceptionally clean. Good quality toiletries. Accessing the accommodation was straightforward. Nice touches for room hospitality, fresh refrigerated milk, cooled water and sweeties! Best of all the friendliest,most helpful staff we have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed by them all.

Difficult access to upper floor. Not enough bright lighting. Mirrors, if available in the rooms, are not set in the correct place, making it difficult to do hair, make up etc. No hand towels. More hanging facilities would help. Not enough information or photos provided prior to booking regarding size and access of rooms.

Well priced in a great location.

Spacious, airy room with lots of character. Room 3 is the biggest and best room with double doors opening to a balcony. Coffee machine is great.

Somewhere to work from would be beneficial and better lighting within the room at night. Plenty of windows for daylight.

Greewich Perfect

Absolutely loved our stay here. Best value for money. Very close to the, O2 and Greenwich cutty sark. Beautiful decorated rooms, with a lovely design and style. Most comfortable beds with fresh and crisp best quality linen. Very quiet even though at the main road. Had the best night sleep. Lovely touches, nespresso coffee machine, free milk and water in a fridge on the corridor.Great shower with all wash utensils provided. Thick carpets , joy to walk on. welcoming and professional staff and a fantastic pub with a great atmosphere and very reasonable prices especially for Greenwich. Very highly recommend. Will be back for sure

Great, and way better than the pictures suggest.

I booked because compared to the Travellodge Prem Inn type places it was almost half the price. I thought the pictures of the room looked a bit off, but took a punt, and glad I did. Ace location, lovely staff, immaculate huge room (think we're the first to stay there) that's much nicer than the images suggest, and a very comfy bed and linen.

Friday night is Vinyl DJ night and I really liked what was being played. You need to be aware of this when booking though. The staff asked us if it was OK and they would have turned it down had we not said it was fine for us. Doors are a little narrow and they spring back a bit keenly but I'm really knit picking.

Really cool place! Would deffo stay again. Riley was awesome checking in with me to make sure all was ok.

Really nice! Plush carpets, comfortable bed. Clean and great bathroom toiletries my fav! lovely staff especially Riley!

No terrestrial tv but was ok once I worked out how to use my apps with the TV.
