Come breve sosta, per conoscere Sarajevo, può andare bene.

Il prezzo della camera è stato abbastanza economico, avendo usufruito di una buona promozione per quella notte.L'accoglienza alla reception è stata gradevole e soddisfacente.

Metterei una presa 220v in camera o presa usb per caricare il telefono; la presa era presente solo in bagno, o nel vano (ex minifrigo) della camera; terrei la temperatura un po più alta la notte, con tutta la coperta, la temperatura non era gradevole; migliorerei la copertura oscurante per le finestre. Metterei più scelta nei dolci per la colazione (croissant per esempio)

Zimmer war geräumig

Hotel ist alt, Zimmer war nicht sauber, Schimmel im Bad.

De mensen aan de balie. Waren heel vriendelijk!

اسوء فندق سكنت فيه، فندق قديم والنظافة سيئه جدا ولا يوجد تكيف ولا شطاف و لا هوايه في الحمام. حتى لما سالت عن تشغيلها اعتذروا بحجه ان الغرفه غير مكيفه. من الافضل الحجز في فندق اخر حتى لو كان في زياده في السعر

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war freundlich. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, in circa 30-40 Minuten kann man in die Stadt laufen. Zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es etwa 10-15 Minuten.

Die Dusche war undicht und das Bad stand nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Dadurch hat es im Bad leider auch sehr gestunken. Unsere Lüftung war nur mit Klebeband an der Wand festgeklebt. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer von der Einrichtung her sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Conveniently near the train station and good value for money.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was big and nice. We had to leave really early to take the train, and the kitchen staff prepared a lunch for us to take with us because we left before breakfast started. We specifically picked this place because it was near the train station. It's in a great location for that, but a lot further from the city centre, so location depends on what you want.

The hotel is a little run down. Our hairdryer broke after about 1 minute of using. But overall it was all really good for the price.

I would chose something better

Apart from one lady the staff is not helpful and not really nice(unless you are a rich Man in a suit). They just do this job, but we cannot say they enjoy it. The room was clean and good value for money. Breakfast disguisting

This place is not worth your Money

It's a big hotel, however very old with minimum facilities, I was only using it for sleep which I really didn't enjoy at all.

The hotel doesn't have a lobby where your guests can meet or you can sit with your associates. They close their restaurant at 10 am after breakfast is served.

overal I was very happy with my visit and stay at the hotel.

I was very well looked after and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The restaurant in the hotel was closed open only for breakfast.
