nice staff not very nice

the staff were lovely

the first room was dirty but the staff instantly changed rooms for us but then the blanket of that room was dirty but again, happily changed for us, the window didn’t lock but was only there for a night so was fine

Really great value stay with a great location.

I only stayed here because I extended my stay on Phu Quoc, and I am happy I chose this hotel. The host was great, he really helped me out during my stay and sorted a motorcycle for me as well as laundry. Just a very kind person, if I come back to Phu Quoc I will definitely stay here again if there are rooms available. There's also a cute dog around :)

There wasn't anything I didn't like. If I would have to give some feedback here it would be that there was a cockroach in the bathroom, but honestly I kinda expected to see them on occasion in Vietnam, and it is not a big deal. I like staying at local places instead of high end western resorts.

最低最悪のホテルでした。チェックインの当日12時に行ったら誰もいない。15分ほどして犬と一緒にバイクで帰って来たホテルマン。英語が喋れない。携帯電話の翻訳機能を使って会話。「めんどくさい」「大変待たせて申し訳ない」と丁寧な挨拶。前日場所確認に来た時、ロビーがあまりにも汚いのでその日に5泊の予定を2泊に変更。チェックイン当日料金払わず部屋に入室。「普通前払いじゃないの」「まぁいいか。」部屋に入るとベッドのシーツなど寝具は問題無さそう。しかし冷蔵庫の中に前の人の飲み残しのペットボトル2本、浴室には前の人が使ったタオル。電気ポットの蓋は埃だらけ。コップも使った後のよう。明らかに掃除してない。この現状を報告したら「今掃除のおばさんが休みで」そういう問題じゃないだろ。辛うじてゴミ箱は空だった。夜10:30ごろ突然の停電、この地区一帯でホテルのせいでは無いけどエアコンも止まり部屋に居られない。他の客は出てこないので「今日は他には誰も泊まってないの？」「5部屋泊まってます。」「嘘だろ誰も見かけない」「この状況で出て来ない訳がない」結局45分程停電。出かける度に鍵を預けるための彼を探す。大抵は受付の奥の部屋でベッドに横になって携帯電話いじってるか寝てる。今日のチェックアウト、料金を払って「領収書をくれ」と言ったら「えっブッキングコムのサイトで表示されてますから」と画面を見せる。金払って領収書当たり前だろう、「無ければ紙に今日の日付と金額あなたのサインして」そしたら隣りの店から領収書借りて来ておまけにホテルの印押して。「それでいいんだよ」「パーフェクト！」疲れるんだよおい！ Booking.com の口コミ評価高いんだよね。それがこのホテルを予約した決め手。この口コミ信用出来んな！

Très bonne chambre

Tout s'est très bien passé. J'ai rallongé mon séjour de plusieurs jours. La chambre est grande est agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant. Par contre ils ne parlent pas anglais, donc on a utilisé les téléphones pour traduire. L'emplacement est dans une zone très locale.

Ca sent un ptit peu le renfermé, mais ça va. On ne s'en rend compte que quand on rentre.

Nice room good value.

The room was bright and clean with excellent Air Con. Wi-Fi was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. Quiet area of town.

The listing says the rooms have a washing machine but they don’t. Didn’t really like the location.
