The space
This home features a spacious 2,000+sqft layout for you and your guest to book a get-together or relax at! Two stories with 5 bedrooms, containing 8 beds, and 3 full bathrooms there is room for everyone! On-Demand Hot Water Heater!!

Wind down the evening checking out the sunset in the outdoor cabana area. Cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen stand-alone ice maker, or fire up the gas-grill on the deck for some BBQ time! Regular drip coffee maker in the kitchen.

Fast Wi-Fi with all TVs in the house are equipped with Smart TVs (you will be able sign in to all of your streaming accounts). Cable TV is provided through the Hulu Live TV App.

Want to get out on the lake? No problem with the single stall boat dock that comes with your stay! Go to one of the local marinas in town and rent a boat for the weekend!

The whole place was great for what we needed. We were 4 couples and we all got our own room with a king bed. We loved the back yard area with the multiple level deck and the covered patio also down by the lake. It was clean and had a lot of extra touches to make your stay more comfortable. This is a great place to book for staying in Hot Springs. 10 out of 10 for sure.

We had the best time at this place. Everything you could think of was there, including the small stuff that most places don’t include. We will definitely be going back. Loved the area and hot springs. Whole family had a great time. Very relaxing.

This was a perfect location as we were in town for a family destination wedding. House was immaculate, very comfy beds, plenty of room, pretty setting. Host was very available for questions. We were very satisfied and glad to give our recommendations to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The house was a great location with a big yard behind it and right on the water with a slip provided, which was great since we brought a boat. Everything was provided and we had a great stay, though with six adults and two small children it made things a little tight eating together inside with the smaller tables. But we really enjoyed ourselves and have just three small complaints in that we ran out of toilet paper, trash bags for the kitchen trash can and shower soap in the main upstairs bedroom. I would also suggest letting guests who are bringing a boat know about the road to access the property. We would have dropped the boat off before getting there had we known how limited the space was. It was quite a chore to get the truck hauling the boat turned around to get out of there back to a drop-off point on the lake. And FYI, the instructions in the house say check-out time is 11 a.m. and to leave the summer temp at 75 whereas the final email I got said 10 a.m. and 78. That was slightly confusing.

Will absolutely stay at this property again! Home is pretty, comfortable, spacious, close to town and marina. Our grandaughter even caught fish on the dock!

We spent a quick weekend at the lake and it was a great place to get away for a taste of “lake life”. The house has a convenient set up, comfy beds and furniture, and a great sunset view. Dock was convenient to go paddleboarding and kayaking and for fishing. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than we did at catching anything! Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and pans. House was very clean and conveniently left with a starter supply of essentials. Overall, a great place that I would definitely rent again.
