Escape to paradise and experience the ultimate island getaway at Palm Hill, our stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom beach house located in the secluded Cotton Bay area of Eleuthera. This beachfront property boasts water on both sides, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the calm, crystal-clear waters of Church Bay lagoon.

Step inside and be greeted by an open-plan living space that is tastefully decorated with island-inspired accents and stylish furnishings. The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the well-stocked kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area is perfect for family meals, or take your meals outside to the expansive covered patio and dine al fresco while taking in the stunning ocean views.

Each of the four bedrooms is elegantly appointed and features its own private bathroom. You'll love the plush bedding and luxurious linens, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

Please note that the four bedrooms do not connect internally, something to bear in mind if you are traveling with small children. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the great room is not.

Outside, you'll find plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. Lounge on the expansive deck while taking in the stunning ocean views, or take a dip in the crystal-clear waters just steps from your front door. Snorkel right off the shore and discover the vibrant marine life that calls the nearby reef home. Paddle board or kayak with the sea turtles in the calm waters of the lagoon and explore the mangroves that dot the area. Or, for the ultimate bone-fishing experience, cast a line right off the dock. There are two shipwrecks a few hundred yards down the beach to the south.

For the ultimate fishing experience, Davis Harbour is just a short 5-minute drive away. Known for its world-class deep sea fishing, you'll have the opportunity to catch wahoo, mahi, marlin, and more.

The property also has a rich history, as it was a favorite vacation spot of former US President George HW Bush.

For your convenience, maid service is provided on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Amenities include AC in the bedrooms, WIFI, smart TV (login to your Amazon or Netflix accounts), gas grill, and washer dryer. There is also great snorkeling.

We had a wonderful time at Rock Hill House. The house and beach are both stunning and in a peaceful part of south Eleuthera. Really appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom - it made for excellent privacy for all the guests. The beach is lovely fine sand and there is pretty decent offshore snorkeling - we saw the largest parrot fish that we have EVER seen and we are long time snorkelers. Bring your gear! The tug and barge wrecks just offshore are really cool and remind you of the power of the ocean. The house is showing her age a little - some of the sliding doors don't work and the faucet at the bar. But none of this detracts from this lovely home - it has an elegance that many homes on Eleuthera do not. We did the hike to Lighthouse beach (do it before Disney opens!). Make sure that you drive to Governors Harbor and go to Island Farms - best grocery shopping on the island (fabulous lasagna to go) and great wine prices. Their homemade salad dressings are fantastic. Pam was provided excellent help and Sheila did a lovely job keeping the home clean and tidy. All in all a wonderful stay at our fave island.
