Located in a beautiful neighborhood just a short and quick stroll from the beach, this beautifully appointed and recently updated home in Frisco is exactly what you need for a breezy stay! Some of the upgrades that will make this home truly stand out include new LVT flooring on the top level, an updated half bathroom on the top level, and a replaced roof (2020).
You are within a short driving distance of great dining options, the Frisco Native American Museum & Natural History Center (a half-mile), Frisco Beach, and the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. If you are willing to drive more, you can find the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
Enter the home from the lower level, boasting two primary bedrooms, two guest bedrooms, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. Up the stairs, you will come across a sunny open floor plan with high ceilings that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The charming living area with its inviting sofas welcomes you! It's one of the favorite spots to unwind and relax after a terrific day at the beach. Snuggle up on the sofa while streaming your favorite series on the smart TV. Or challenge your best friend to an entertaining game in the arcade machine and gaming station. The well-appointed kitchen will help you prepare tasty homemade meals and beach snacks for everyone. You will have everything needed to channel your inner chef and surprise your family and friends with their favorite recipes. Then, when mealtime is over, grab your favorite book or your headphones and unwind in the hammock on the deck. And if you would like to admire everything from another point of view, you will be happy to know there is a rooftop sundeck with ocean-to-sound views and new outdoor swings!
