Beautifully clean bathrooms and wonderfully comfortable beds make for a spa like getaway.

I love this property. I came about a year ago and was actually excited to have another event in the Oshawa area to be able to come again. One of these days I’d love to come and actually enjoy it for all it’s worth- as it’s usually for a sporting event lol. The beds are great. I slept so good considering it was a busy weekend and I actually was a bit under the weather. The bathrooms are immaculate. I love the showers in the king suites. So wonderful. The facial soap is lovely. I brought mine home with me and am still using it! The food selection in the lobby is so useful. I have never been able to use the pool or sauna on a stay yet but hopefully next time - as I will be coming back.

There is nothing I don’t like about this property! It’s wonderful! I did find the one cleaning lady was rude- I asked her something twice and she completely just ignored me and almost snuffed me off which I found so bizarre. Probably just an insecure woman. Lol. I ended up just taking what I needed off her cart and saying ‘ok?’ After she ignored me. All I wanted was a bar of soap. Otherwise - experience was great lol. I won’t let one rude person ruin my time! Only other thing - not a fan of the tv remotes lol.

In one word disappointed

Restaurants

Was not clean on the outside.There was no designated area or sign showing where to smoke. There were cigarettes butts every where.you could not sit outside if you wanted too without inhaling that second hand smoke and I have respiratory problems so my visit was not a great one.I had to call to many time to get supplies for the room. There was no complimentary breakfast. You would think for a new hotel you would do things to attract visitors. Sorry to say I won’t be staying there again nor will I recommend it to anyone. It was not worth the money I spent. I hope my feed back will improve will improve the services

Every hotel 90% internationally too gives complimentary breakfast if you book a room. You should also start this service.

No complimentary breakfast, I checked in 1am and requested late check out which was 11am, no consideration and extension. It did pinch for 8 hours sleep I paid 330$

Won’t be returning.

New, clean

We booked this place for the pool which my husband requires for his physical therapy. It was closed for the duration of our stay. We weren’t offered any compensation (discount on food, gaming voucher, etc.) it was very disappointing. Also, our key cards would not open the door for the hot tub (when we checked out they told us it was closed for cleaning which they didn’t tell us when we checked in) and the fitness room (someone inside the room had to let us in.)

Very good experience and looking forward to another stay.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from the friendly greeting to our late departure. The hotel staff are very and welcoming. The building itself and rooms were very clean and fresh. We enjoyed our dinner in the family friendly area and later on had a wonderful evening in the casino.

The ONLY complaint we had was the pool, it was too small. A group of older teens maybe 8 of them and the pool was full. We expected a rectangle and found a small square.

Do better.

Size of the bathroom.

All parking options are way too far from the building. I had to walk a long way carrying heavy bags. I did not like needing a room key to use elevators causing me to have to go back down to lobby to get my partner vs him just coming up. #8 button in elevator did not work. Not enough .25 cent machines in casino.

I spent too much money I guess that's why the room was cheap

Room was nice with a comfortable bed

First time visit so just going to the right place to check in and finding the parking was interesting. It could have been labeled with bigger signs or been given a map from the front desk.

Clean, modern, comfortable, well stocked, great fitness room

The 2% charge for using credit card which was not mentioned when booking. We were advised after securing a non refundable room. Would have liked a breakfast included. The food ‘market’ was okay but very pricey.

No one in the casino to assist. Very frustrating. Did not get credit for free games.

Breakfast was very very good. I would have preferred regular coffee to Starbucks. Amount was just right and was cooked to perfection.

Don’t like Starbucks. The staff or the coffee.

Brand sparkling new hotel in Pickering and Ajax!

Brand new hotel at the Edge of Pickering and Ajax. Lovely big rooms and everything brand new and clean! Lovely staff and nice swimming pool.

It feels too open when you walk in since it’s a live event concert hall, the lobby is the event hall entrance. The restaurants are only open wed to Sunday which is understandable and the food court is open all the time. Apart from the vastness of the lobby it was a lovely stay in the Casino Hotel.

Good experience to enjoy Casino and facilities like SPA and fitness

- room was pretty good and fully equiped - free parking is very convenient

- we struggle a lot to find the entry of the hotel, you definitly need to add signs everywhere - staff is ok no especially friendly or welcoming

A one stop shop for a value holiday.

The hotel was new and clean. The lifts were rapid. The food court and casino were first class although we lost money lol.

Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are very spacious, high ceilings, you could almost hear yourself echoing. Washrooms are very spacious.

The hotel check-in counter is kind of underwhelming considering the size of the place.

Bagel at the Starbucks and location-its still a construction zone. Even Google maps had challenges finding the entrance to the hotel.

Best place to stay in the Durham region.

Room was really clean and properly staged.

Since the resort is still under construction there is a lot of amenities missing like their Aquatic Center.

We stayed in the casino hotel for three nights , the room didn’t get cleaned for all these days and we ran out of towels and shampoos. On the third day I put the sign out to clean the room and I asked the cleaning lady to clean the room, when we got back the room was not cleaned , the garbage was still there and no towels or shampoos, I called the the receptionist asking for cleaning and shampoos, she said everyone left and there is no one to clean the room, she said she can give me bed sheets and change it myself, and give me towels and shampoos, there were very rude , the manager told me that they normally don’t clean the rooms until the forth day of stay. After they brought the sheets and change it myself, towels and shampoos. The services at the hotel is very bad they only care about you first day so you stay and gamble
