Exceptional

Awesome house, the massage chair is amazing after skiing and going to the public bathhouses nearby! They drove us pretty much anywhere we needed to go. 7 Eleven right down the street, as well as an amazing izakaya. Really comfy rooms, decent sized and solid amenities for a guesthouse! Breakfast was great too. Staff were phenomenal, everyone was super nice and helpful.

Great value hostel near echoland with the best staff around!

Amazing friendly and helpful staff - they can help get you to whichever ski shuttle or bus station you need to get to! Tasty breakfasts each morning Great building with separated areas for your ski stuff downstairs Cozy common area with massage chair Nice rooms with fantastic soft duvets

Recommended place to stay in Hakuba

he hospitality. The staff, the manger and workers will do whatever possible to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. There inhouse shuttle service is amazing. The room is very comfortable and clean, so as the in suite bathroom.

The breakfast could be better. However, once I have mentioned the issue, the breakfast was much better.

The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were very hospitable!

The location is pretty good. I love the downstairs room where we stored our snowboarding gear. They turn a heater on during the morning and evening so you can dry your gear and be warm while changing!

The main entryway is a little small and with lots of guests there will be a lot of shoes overcrowding it when you walk in.

Scores high on service, with avg room!

Very friendly owner + nice common lounge area. The owner took extra effort to make simple veg breakfast for us and also helped with pick up/drop, so very helpful!

The room & bathroom were both much smaller than what we took away from the photos & felt a bit cramped for 3 people. the location is away from main town area, so not much around except for a 7-11 nearby.

I had a wonderful stay there.

Good location with restaurants and convenience store around. Clean and comfortable. The manager was very accommodating for pick-up service and offered to drive me to nearby spot. Breakfast was good.

lovely staff & location, rooms are tired & need an update

Lin (the manager) was lovely, professional & quick to respond to any query. The location was good, very close to 7-11 & a number of good restaurants.

The room didn’t have a bar fridge, no bottled drinking water was provided & there were scuff marks & pasted up holes in the walls… the room I stayed in is in need of a refresh ASAP.

Great value for a stay in Hakuba. Thank you Lin-San!

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast, and exceptional service. Lin-San was extremely attentive, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The location is not near the ski resorts, so you will need a car. Lin-San also offers free shuttle services day and night to make up for that.

Good lodging at very fair price

Excellent option to visit Hakuba area since it's well located and it offers a good accommodation at a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times and the room included a reasonable breakfast and a very fair price. Definitely I'll look forward to book again if I visit Hakuba another time

Great location with accommodating staff!

Awesome location and accommodating staff. There’s free laundry (washer) and using the dryer is about 100 Yen per cycle-really you don’t need it though because they have a dry room where all of your gear gets nice and toasty.

Rooms and facilities are sparse, but fine. Ideal for a no frills place!

Service is top notch. The manager - Lin-san kindly drove back and forth to help me go where I wanted.

There were children running back amd forth the hall even at midnight.

The bed was super comfortable, the pillows and blankets were nice as well, I slept like a rock everynight, the onsen and carb loaded meals helped too but the bed was great. The heaters in the room work really well, so much so that you don't need to run them all night. Lincoln shuttled me to the ski resort, train station, bus stop, and the onsen. I was there by myself for the first 4 days so it was very easy, people start gathering more you will just have to be a tad bit more flexible, by no means was it unreasonable. From Hakuba47 its about a ten minute drive, super easy. I was at Mimizuku onsen everynight, amazing place, there are actually a lot of good restaurants and pubs and noodle spots right around it. Very worth checking it out.

Great Value, Spacious Room and Super Manager

The location (easy to go everywhere), convenient to access Hakuba47 and the manager can drive you everywhere. I did not expect such service, he was extremely friendly and flexible. The room was warm, clean and quite spacious.

The room ambiance can be improved by adding encens or decorations. The breakfast can be improved as well (add a small buffet corner with bread, pastries, fruits for example) and put in place an egg service menu.

Great two night stay in a family room with my two boys. The owner gave great advice on which resorts to visit, breakfast was tasty and filling, and the massage chair was excellent in the late afternoon.

Slightly outside Echoland but the hotel offers a morning and evening shuttle service.

I dont like that I can't live here permanently.

The perfect Hakuba stay.

This was my second time staying at 7th Heaven Hakuba, and it was just as awesome as the first. I will repeatedly go here just because everything from the food they provide to the comfy lodgings was perfect for me.
