* Please note:
- Please clear any events with the host before booking, as additional charges may apply.
- Due to the excellent view, there may be some nighttime activity near the dead-end street. While it's typically not disruptive, there are often people around.
- Although the home has been fully updated, it is an older property, and sound may travel between units. You may hear the downstairs neighbors, and they may hear you. To respect them, we ask that you avoid loud or late-night gatherings. If you’re planning to party like a rockstar, there are plenty of opportunities in Milwaukee, but we recommend booking a hotel—rockstars definitely prefer hotels.
* Important Information:
- To finalize your booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement.
- Any rental exceeding 30 days requires a signed residential lease.
- Do not tamper with any devices, internet connections, or exterior cameras.
- Feel free to use the charcoal grill outside. While we don’t provide charcoal or lighter fluid, you’re welcome to use any that may have been left by previous guests. Please ensure the grill is monitored at all times during use. ***If you use the grill, you are responsible for cleaning it.

* Hot Tub Information & Rules
Please read the following rules carefully before using the hot tub:
- The hot tub is available for use from 8 am to 10 pm.
- Pregnant women, individuals with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, or the elderly should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
- We do not recommend young children use the hot tub. If a minor is allowed to use it, they must be supervised at all times.
- The hot tub's pH levels have been tested within 24 hours of your stay and are safe.
- The chlorine dispenser in the hot tub is time-released. Please do not remove it, as this could lead to unsafe pH levels.
- By law, the hot tub temperature cannot exceed 104°F. It is currently set at 100°F.
- The recommended maximum time limit for hot tub use is 15 minutes.
- Do not consume alcohol while using the hot tub. The high water temperature can cause drowsiness, especially if alcohol or drugs are involved, increasing the risk of drowning.
- Please rinse swimsuits with water before use, as laundry detergent can affect the water’s pH.
- After each use, add a shock treatment to the hot tub.
- If any items like soaps, bath products, food, or alcohol are found in the hot tub, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged, as the tub will need to be drained and cleaned.
- No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub. If glass is broken, there is a $200 fee for professional cleaning.
- Always keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use.
- It is normal to see white particles in the water; this is the bromide sanitizing the water.
- The guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the host, owner, and any employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from the use of the hot tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.

This property was just what we were looking for. Good location within walking distance of a local brewery and all that Brady Street has to offer. Perfect view of the city! The porch was a great place to sit and enjoy good conversation. House was clean and provided everything we needed!

My wife and I brought our 15 year old grandson to Milwaukee to go to a couple of baseball games. Saw this place on VRBO and thought it looked amazing, appeared spacious and less expensive and confining than a pair of hotel rooms. All were true. First of all, the neighborhood the property is located in is old. So, if you’re looking for new and upscale this may not be to your liking. If you like a more “local”, neighborhood flare this is a great place. You can walk to grocery stores and local restaurants (E. Brady St). Again…it’s an older area so don’t expect new, high-end, fancy fare. We used UBER to get around the city. Cars were plentiful and easy/quick to get. We had the upper unit of this house. So we had a great view of the city skyline. Lots of construction along the river (building apartments) so it’s a bit nosy during the day. I’m sure it will be beautiful in another few months/years when construction is completed. The upper unit was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars for ‘cleanliness of property’ was the outside. The vegetation around the perimeter was overgrown and not real attractive which detracted from the property. That said, walking around the area, it appears landscaping or lawn care is not a high priority so this is likely the norm. So, if you’re looking for an older, quiet neighborhood with local feel this is a great place. If you’re looking for new, upscale and lots of activity look elsewhere.

The place was perfect for a few nights to getaway for a girls' trip to Milwaukee. It was about a 30 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views on the patio, and plenty of space for us to be comfortable. We would definitely book here again!

This was a lovely place to stay and we enjoyed our trip. The biggest problem was the two flights of stairs to get to the unit and we had a grandparent with us. Also, the air was set to go off every two hours so when we came back at night, it was roasting and took hours to cool down. Also, there is no tv in two of the bedrooms. Otherwise very nice.
