• Private Hot Tub, HOA Pool, and Pickleball: Relax in your private 7-person hot tub, access the HOA pool, and enjoy the nearby HOA pickleball and basketball courts — all just 14 minutes away. Message us about the HOA pool dates!

• Outdoor Living: With 1,000 sqft of deck space, the home features a top entertainment deck with perfectly framed sunset views over Canyon Lake. The bottom deck provides a 7 person hot tub with seclusion and privacy and minor lake & wooded views.

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook like a pro in the kitchen with quality appliances, cookware, and place settings for 16 people.

• Bedrooms & 2 indoor living areas: Four bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds! All beds are memory foam for a restful nights sleep. We have two queen bedrooms, and versatile sleeping arrangements with 3 queen memory foam sleeper sofas, and 2 premium air mattresses for larger groups! Two living areas plus the outdoor decks provide great opportunities for large groups to have their own spaces. The bottom floor is included & separated by an exterior entrance and an outdoor stairway to access the top main portion of the retreat.

• Work-Friendly Setup: High-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated desks, and outdoor workspaces for those who need to stay productive.

• Ample Parking: Private parking for 5 cars, enough space for boat/jetski trailers, and additional parking by the street.

• Pet Friendly (with fee): A small fenced-in dog yard is available, and doggie bags are provided for your convenience.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home (both downstairs and upstairs). Self check-in via Smart Lock access code. We have an emergency lockout line for guest with access issues. Please contact us if you are having an issue entering the property and we will promptly assist you! We do have physical backup keys at the property in case of power outages / WIFI issues / lock malfunctions.

Getting Around:
Please be careful driving around with large amounts of deer (especially at night) and curvy roads in the neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
**Please be sure to put your correct dates and quantity of people in your group for accurate pricing**

- We require a short e-sign rental agreement to be signed by booking guest. Name, email, phone, signature and checkbox is all that is required (- We provide all linens, a starter park of supplies (paper towels, trash bags, 2 rolls of TP per toilet, dish soap, body wash/shampoo/conditioner. For larger groups or longer stays, you may need to procure more supplies from the nearby grocery store.
- We also have noise decibel readers to prevent large parties & noise disturbances.
- There are NO indoor recording devices per Texas State law. There are two external security cameras that are only checked if we have a security or severe noise disturbance. We do not invade our guests privacy!
- We leave 1 (likely empty) propane tank to swap out at any local grocer, convenience or gas station. We also offer onsite propane delivery service for those who would like to ensure a full propane tank upon arrival (subject to availability from our provider).

While we do not aim to charge guests for minor issues, we do have to charge guests for extra charges our cleaning staff may charge us:
- excessive trash or cleaning above and beyond basic sanitation & laundry services.
$75 glitter, sign or tape, removal fee
We allow pets for a non-refundable $150 fee. We reserve the right to charge for damage and any excessive pet hair, cleaning, etc.
$20 poop scoop fee
$50 heavy furniture moving (due to sending multiple cleaners to safely move furniture back).

Canyon Lake is not a constant level lake, and we cannot control the lake levels or boat ramp closures. The marinas area usually still open to rent and launch boats if the lake levels are low, and the views are usually still very impressive even at lower lake levels.

We also offer the option of $3,000 of Damage Insurance Protection for $30 if you prefer to have peace of mind over accidental damages.

Interaction with Guests:
We are not local, but we have a helpful and quick responding Guest Services team available 24/7 via booking platform messages or text. We also have an emergency line for any emergencies or critical repairs while on property.

This house was located in a great neighborhood. We saw plenty of deer each day. The sunsets from the deck where absolutely beautiful. The house was pretty small though. The family area such as living room and kitchen were actually smaller then I thought they'd be. The rooms were also small. Unfortunately, the boat ramp near the house was closed so we had to drive about 35 minutes to one of the only boat ramps open in Canyon Lake, #18. Overall it was a great stay.

The properties are not very close together so even if you’re outside you still have a great bit of privacy. Amazing amazing view of the lake and overall area. The beds are super comfortable, absolutely amazing house, 10/10. WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our private getaway. The home is comfortable and clean. The deck and views are wonderful. It felt secluded and private. We could have easily hosted a large family or several couples and been comfortable. It is a short drive from groceries and restaurants. There was plenty to see close by. We went on numerous hikes with our dog. We would definitely go back to the area and this rental. Thank you to the hosts!

This lake house was great! Awesome to see deer in the morning when you are drinking coffee! Caution driving in because wildlife has the right of way lol. Didn’t use the hot tub but it was available. Comfortable with large balcony and seating. Perfect size for large groups. We would def stay again, price was reasonable. We had a blast even if it was for one night.
