He wanted to create a unique space and spent over a year collecting artwork, sculptures, Art Deco style furnishings and decor to create a specific look and feel for this home.
Grand Blanc Maison offers 6 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating overnight stays up to 12 adults or families up to 18 (with additional fees). With two wings the house is ideal for large groups or corporate retreats.
Services including private chef, maids, personal trainer, chauffeur, and more are available through the in-house concierge for an additional fee and subject to availability. Early check-in and late checkout are $250 per hour if available. Contact us for more details before booking.

- Over an acre of grass provides an area for children and adults to play sports or relax.
- Gym includes Tonal workout machine, free weights, yoga/pilates mats and accessories, fitness balls, and rollers.
- Weber Genesis E-435 Gas Grill has four burners with a sear zone and side station.
- Pool can be heated from 10 AM to 10 PM for an additional fee, inquire before your stay.
- Access to golf, tennis, pickleball, spa, and fitness are booked through the in-house concierge for an additional fee and subject to availability.
