You can't get any better than oceanfront! This oceanfront beauty is literally steps from the sandy beach. The 2,500 sq. ft. five bedroom, three bathroom house features a wrap around deck and amenities to die for. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a spectacular view. With a property that is designed to maximize every ocean view. And believe it or not, two bedrooms have both ocean AND bay views.
Nothing says vacation more than swimming in a heated salt water pool overlooking the ocean. Although some might say lounging in the in the ergonomically designed jacuzzi with 46 massage jets is the way to go. Choice is yours.
Dine while gazing the at the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area seats eight and faces a wall of sliding glass doors. Or socialize on the second story bar that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the beach.
Inside you will find ten foot ceilings with full glass windows to maximize the these astonishing views. The open floor plan creates a space perfect to accommodate multiple families.
Sleeping arrangements:
First floor Bedroom #1: King bed (Ocean views)
First floor Bedroom #2: Built-in bunk with charging stations and ocean views. Twin over a full (a kid favorite)
Second Floor Bedroom #3: Full bed and twin bed (Ocean View and bay sunset view)
Second Floor Bedroom #4: King bed with (Ocean views)
Second Floor Bedroom 5: The master suite. King bed with panoramic ocean views.

The master suite will surly impress. It features an en-suite bathroom with heated floors, double vanity and a designer shower. With floor to ceiling windows, you can watch the spectacular morning sunrise. Don't worry, with remote controlled motorized blinds one push of a button and the room becomes dark. Or you can read a book or drink your coffee in your private nook.
If that's not enough, the most impressive views, in my opinion, are from the second floor balcony. Socialize at the bar or watch television. This covered space will quickly become your favorite.

This home has a strict 30 year-old minimum age requirement. This rule does not apply to families with children. Please respect the age requirement; homes are monitored closely and we would hate to have to ask you to leave. No beer pong aficionados please- Our home is for grown adults & their responsible friends and family. It is not a party house.
Parking Notes: There is a paid parking lot located at the ferry terminal for you to leave your vehicle- we encourage that you allow for extra time during the peak travel season.
If your dates are not available or you need a larger house you must check out our other property. 'The Kraken' 3100 sq ft 5 bedroom with pool, billiards room, gym, movie room and so much more. The Kraken is located in Ocean Beach only a few blocks away from The Trident.
