Welcome to Sunkissed, a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-full-bath, and 2-half-bath beach house that offers the perfect getaway for families and friends. Located steps from the beach with ocean and Folly River views, this stunning home features 55 windows, 3 decks, a private boardwalk to the beach, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The reverse floor plan maximizes the incredible views from the living and dining areas, making it ideal for gatherings. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome – please inquire for more details.

Living Areas:
First Floor: Living room with flat-screen TV, kitchenette, and game room with foosball table and sleeper sofa. Access to the ocean-facing deck and covered porch leading to the yard and private beach boardwalk.
Second Floor: Spacious great room with an open floor plan that includes the full kitchen, dining area, and living area with spectacular ocean and river views. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals and includes a gas range.
Top Floor: Wet bar and access to the rooftop deck with breathtaking 360-degree views of the ocean, Morris Island Lighthouse, Sullivan's Island Lighthouse, and the Cooper River Bridge.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom 1 (First Floor): King-size bed with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Queen-size bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 (First Floor): Queen-size bed, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 2.
Primary Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): King-size bed with two private en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom 5 (Second Floor): Twin beds (no en-suite bathroom).
Outdoor Space:
Decks: 3 decks, including a rooftop deck with stunning sunrise and sunset views.
Yard: Large middle yard shared with Seascape, located at 1677B.
Private Beach Access: Private boardwalk leading directly to the beach.
