Las recepcionistas no eran tan amables me entregaron tarde mi habitación y no me mencionaron sobre el depósito del control ósea que tuve que regresar a la recepción por el

Me imagino que por alguna situación, si quieres el control de TV O plancha debes dejar un depósito, pero es algo incómodo.

Que no tienen nichos o bases para poner shampoo y demás en la regadera, estar dando vueltas a recepción ya que sus tarjetas eléctricas no servían para abrir la habitación, que el restaurante no funcionará hoy 25 de diciembre

The smell of the room damp, stained sheets, the curtains did not make it look so private to be inside the room.

No Printer in the Ameneties, I was traveling to the Consulate and was counting on printing a last minute paper at the hotel, next time I will need to look at a different option if I need to print again.

what I liked about the property is that there was so many restaurants near by and a mall in the back. The staff kept everything VERY CLEAN and every morning there was always someone cleaning our rooms.
breakfast was okay just that they only have coffee in the morning and the same food every day. The room to the hotel looks open when it’s locked and lots of cold air comes in it gets a bit humid throughout the day.

The beds were really small, receptionist was rude, not helpful. You have to leave a deposit for the tv remote control.
