Outdoors
The property boasts a private, angular swimming pool that is heated and measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 120 to 220 cm. The pool is seasonally available from July 1st to September 15th, perfect for enjoying the summer months. Additionally, the house features a yard, providing ample outdoor space for leisure activities.

The house is equipped with a storage room for skis, making it convenient for winter sports enthusiasts. During the winter season, snow chains are recommended for your vehicle. Parking is available for up to 3 cars on the premises. Nearby, you'll find a grocery store just 650 meters away, a restaurant within 1.3 km, and a bus stop named "Pierre Plate (en Hiver)" located 250 meters from the property. An indoor swimming pool is situated 8.5 km away, while the renowned "Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais" thermal baths are located 11 km from the house.

Unit Layout
The "L'Adret" property is a 6-room house spanning 300 square meters, suitable for accommodating 6 adults and 8 children. It underwent a complete renovation in 2021, resulting in comfortable and modern furnishings. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a flat-screen TV. It leads to a balcony. One room is equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a bath/WC. Another room contains two sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave, and a fondue set (cheese). There is a separate WC as well. On the lower ground floor, one room has two sets of bunk beds measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long, while another room features a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a bath/WC. The upper floor consists of a room with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, an open gallery with a sofa bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, and a shower/WC.
Amenities Included
The "L'Adret" property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, and a baby cot. Additionally, free Wi-Fi internet access is provided. Parking is available for up to three cars in a reserved area. The property features a balcony of 20 square meters with a north-east facing position, a large terrace of 20 square meters with both north-east and south-east facing positions, and terrace furniture. You can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains from the outdoor areas.

The "L'Adret" property is a non-smoking house without an elevator. Please note that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as a gallery or alcove, rather than enclosed bedrooms. This property is offered by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The house is equipped with electric heating for your comfort during your vacation stay. While the kitchen offers a range of appliances and utensils, including a Nespresso coffee machine, the capsules for the machine are not included and must be purchased separately.
