Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have been happier with our stay.The villa had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated with with high end bedding, towels, kitchen ware, etc. We can't wait to return! We could also walk to everything in town witch made it very convenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Group of 4 stayed at Academy Place to see the Aspens turn this Fall. This was our 2nd time visiting CB and wanted to stay in town considering we’d be hiking and biking in nature during the day. Location was super convenient as we didn’t need to drive to go to restaurants. The cottage was well designed and beautifully furnished. Property manager was very accessible and reached out periodically to see if we needed anything. 5 star accommodation for CB and a great option for a week stay. We would recommend Academy Place and would stay again.
