Renovated throughout and air-conditioned, it is set in a leafy 2500 sqm garden with a secure heated swimming pool (shutter and barriers) and a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, plancha and pizza oven ideal for al fresco dining.
Sleeping 8 (with the possibility of two more children by prior arrangement), it includes spacious living and reception rooms, and a kitchen opening onto a dining room.
The 6 bedrooms are as follows:
Ground floor: a suite with a TV, a shower room and a dressing room opening onto a terrace.
1st floor: a double bedroom (180 cm bed) with a study, a single bedroom with a study and a spare bed, a bathroom and a separate wc. To the other side of the house are a double bedroom (180 cm bed), a single bedroom with a study and a spare bed, a shower room and a separate wc.
Garden annex: A further double bedroom (180 cm bed) with a TV, a shower room/wc, and a private terrace.
The property benefits from a stylish minimalist decoration and is luxuriously appointed.
