About this house rental
This Home has everything you need and is just right for up to 6 people, whether eating, sleeping, sitting on a deck on a beautiful summer Colorado evening,, or gathering for a movie night in the living room. The main living area with its large windows and 2 story ceiling is an awesome space to relax during a vacation getaway. In the winter, sit by the warm gas stove fireplace and read a book. In the summer, two decks, front and back let you enjoy the colorado outdoors. A location close to I-25 gets you anywhere quickly and great shopping areas are near by ! Many updates and a beautiful kitchen let you enjoy your stay even more. Note the 3rd bedroom is a suite taking up most of the basement, very cozy, but not good for visitors who hate to be underground. Also note the home is a duplex with an attached neighbor if that matters to you.

Clean, comfortable, great layout, and we’ll stocked with toiletries and kitchen essentials, Good communication with owner. Only negative was spa was broken but owner was working to fix and the nonstick pans were warped so wouldn’t sit flat on stove when cooking eggs and pancakes. Would book again.

Came into area for a wedding as well as to check in with vendors for our son’s wedding in Estes Park next September. Plenty of room, appreciated the laundry soap, bath soaps and shampoo, seasonings as well as condiments. Was able to enjoy the hot tub. Total reaction!

Perfect for my family. We were preparing for my daughter’s wedding and wanted to be near the in-laws. Perfect location, so quick to everything. House had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family of 4 with two working remotely several days. Would love to stay here again when back in the area.

Spent alot of time at night on the deck with the fire pit. Also took advantage of the hot tub. We actually did ourworkouts in the back yard. This place had everything you need. Am so glad we choose it. Would definitely rent here again.

The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions we had on our list. We appreciated the peacefulness of the neighborhood.
Merlyn’s dedication to ensuring our stay was enjoyable was remarkable. She was very responsive to any inquiries and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It's clear that she takes great pride in the property and genuinely cares about the experience of their guests.
Overall, our stay at this house was beyond delightful. It exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a comfortable and inviting retreat during our vacation. We can't thank the host enough for their hospitality and the effort they put into creating such a wonderful atmosphere. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Colorado area. It truly made our trip memorable and special.

As former Northglenn residents, we loved the opportunity to come back and host family dinner in a beautiful home. This unit had everything we needed for cooking a full spread and entertaining in the backyard. The sleeping arrangements were great, the house was clean, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay again!

The property looked exactly like the photos and the backyard is wonderful! Very spacious and having a garage for our rental car was nice. We enjoyed spending time on the back porch and lounging in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Quiet neighborhood. The only issues that we ran into were that the basement was very cold when the AC was low enough to cool the upstairs. If we turned the AC up so that the basement wasn’t cold, then the upstairs rooms were warmer, but the ceiling fan helped to balance it out. Also it doesn’t say in the listing that this is a duplex, but it was never a problem for us. No noise or issues with the adjoining home, so it all worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with our two kids while visiting family and had a great time! Space was exactly as described and very clean. The host was easy to communicate with and I appreciate the thoughtful details that made our stay very comfortable!

My aunt and her friend and I came into town to go to red rocks to see Whiskey Myers. The house that we stayed in was amazing! It had all of the amenities that we needed, plenty of space to spread out and get ready, and several porches to be able to enjoy sitting outside. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The house is practically new inside and super clean. Spacious and amenities everywhere. Very Close to the freeway and outlet mall. Loved the backyard and basement. Quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay here! The area was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location out of the main city, but close enough to still get to most areas without too long of a drive. The hot tub was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Merlyn!
