For those who seek unparalleled elegance & uniqueness, this masterpiece, designed by renowned designer, Darren Whatley, & custom-built by Wind River Construction, offers only the best of everything. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with doors that open to an expansive screened porch with a fireplace, perfect for sipping morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. A chef-inspired kitchen, designed with Wolf, built-in Sub-Zero & Asko appliances, beckons even novice cooks. A stunning quartzite island with a tumbling waterfall edge adds to the minimalist effect of the home.
The master bedroom on the main level features a spacious bathroom with heated floors & beautifully tiled shower that exposes a spa-type tub with jets galore. A second bedroom is on the opposite side of the home & allows for guest privacy & scenic views. A grilling porch off the kitchen area leads to a lower level where one discovers a wine room, a private outdoor hot tub for soaking after a day's hike or sipping champagne to celebrate being in the beautiful mountains. Also downstairs is a spacious guest suite with living area, perfect for couples or large families traveling together.
The upper level is complete with another large sleeping area that opens to large opposing decks on each side perfect for yoga, soaking in the glorious mountain sunshine and watching the sunset behind large hardwoods.
Cancellation Policy
Policy (A) for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.
Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
