These apartments have been totally renovated into clean and comfortable units. Large open-concept living/kitchen/dining area flows nicely to the stamped-concrete rear patio and large, spacious yard. There are dedicated firepits and chairs to enjoy the starry nights on the elevated back lawn. Both bedrooms have cozy mattresses and dedicated thermostats to make the nights relaxing and refreshing. The bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and includes a custom tiled shower. The comfortable living room furniture offers plenty of seating and cozy spots to catch some evening entertainment. There are dining tables inside and out, to enjoy home cooking on the stove, in the oven or on the back patio grill provided. The unit is ON the Seneca Lake Wine trail, which skirts the east side of Seneca Lake, and is close to many local wineries, breweries and favorite local dining spots if you'd prefer to not to cook. Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen are minutes away, as is the Finger Lakes National Forest and Watkins Glen State Park. Watkins Glen International is a 15 minute drive, while Corning and Ithaca are roughly 30 minutes away. Enjoy both sunrises over Satterly Hill and sunsets over Seneca Lake once you find yourself in the middle of the beautiful Finger Lakes. Highly recommended stay. Wonderful location with nearest city Ithaca, wineries just within 2-10 miles radius and popular Watkins Glen Drew was very friendly and prompt with responses to any questions and queries. All rooms, kitchen and laundry room are all well stocked with all accessories

We had a great stay! Spot exactly as stated!! There was plenty of space for our family of 4 in a newly updated, very clean space. We spent our days hiking Watkins Glen (go early- mid day is insanely busy!), kayaking/paddle boarding at Lake Seneca, walking around town, and visiting the wineries. We also drove to Ithaca for some additional hiking. Great spot, thanks for sharing your space!

It was a very pleasant stay. Super clean, updated, and comfortable. Nice touch that firewood was included for the firepit. I would definitely stay again. The price was great for an entire 2 bedroom apartment.

My son and I had a great stay! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It is within walking distance to 3 wineries and two or three restaurants. Very close to Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, and Finger Lakes National Forest. We also visited Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ithaca, and Taughhannock State Forest.

This apartment was absolutely beautiful! It was incredibly clean. If I had to pick an opportunity for improvement, it would be that we weren't sure which apartment was ours so we just had to guess. Other than that, we loved the place and we will be back!

Drew did a great job w the property and management when a problem came forward he was quick to make a change for us so that our stay was comfortable! The apartment was clean and comfortable and made for a great stay for us! We will be using his place again in the future!

We had a great stay on Seneca lake. We came up to visit family for the holiday and this was a wonderful spot to stay. It was very clean and nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable and the space had a lot of room. Our only oops was no coffee filters for the coffee pot so make sure you bring some. Overall, it was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

Place has a road side motel vibe, but once yiu open the door your enter a different world. Very nice place to stay fir for a weekend or longer. Just needs two things, better lighting out side and sime type of window shade on the front door.

Nicely renovated rental in a great location. Just minutes away from several wineries,10 minutes from Watkins Glen, and roughly 30 minutes to the Corning Glass museum. Drew got back to me quickly, (5 minutes) when I had issues with the check-in email. Loved the welcome bottle of wine and free tasting coupons. We did not have a fire, but was glad it was an option, with the firepit and wood out back. Same with the outdoor grill amd patio. If we are ever back in the area, I will book this place!

Wonderful time at Seneca lake. We hiked Watkins Glen state park with Scott our Stare park ranger as our tour guide. Enjoy delicious food and wine. Did some kayaking on the lake and took in some beautiful scenic view. Returnef to a peaceful vrbo unit with fire pit and sunsets.

Great place to stay and enjoy the lakes! Nicely decorated, ample supplies, new appliances, great firepit to view the stars, and nice size bedrooms! It was great for two couples to share. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was great for mimosas. I haf a question and was answered promptly by the owner. It is close enough to town if you forget anything. Don't hesitate to book.

Perfect for our time in Watkins Glen! New, close to town, wineries and restaurants. Nice touch with the bottle of wine and free tasting at JR Dill Winery. We enjoyed having a grill and fire pit to make s’mores and the large yard to play games. We highly recommend!!
