About this space Lovely 4 bedroom house located North of Cardiff in a rural village. Outside: > Small front garden and Driveway for off street parking > Rear Garden paved with small lawn & pond Supermarkets There is a local Spar in the village itself ( 3mns walk from the house) and an Asda supermarket on the Coryton roundabout (1.4 miles away).The village also offer a hairdresser and a bicycle shop. Local Restaurants Lewis Arms pub serving food all day. Fish & Chips shop. Thai takeaway. All of those within 2-3 mns walk. Local Attractions Castle Coch is 5 mns walk from the house. Lovely walks through the woods around Castle Coch with the quaint Forest Tea Rooms and also walks along the canal with lots of wild life. Trains The nearest train station is Taffs Well just over 2 miles from the house. Buses 132 bus going into Cardiff or Pontypridd. The bus stop is 2 mns away. Key Selling Points We have a very large and bright conservatory looking onto an enclosed garden with small pond and garden table and chairs. Also, there is a front garden with small table and chairs.
