Dwell Fernie is located just a short walk to downtown and only steps from some of the best restaurants in town. Fernie Mountain Market is located directly across the highway in the summer.

This homefeatures a chef inspired kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Laundry is provided along with exclusive use of the hot tub located out back under a covered patio. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have an ensuite.
Easy access to many of the biking/hiking trails Fernie has to offer, 2 blocks from the town loop trail along the river.

Everything was great for what we needed. We weren’t aware that the house has other renter units in it. This did not seam to be an issue though anyhow. Description says 5 bedrooms but there was only 4. ( maybe this was missed on our part) Communication was great. Clean house.

Great property, great location. Joe was super-responsive! Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Fernie area!

This renovated character home was perfect for our family get away to the mountians. It has a huge mud room that allowed us to dry our snowboarding and sledding gear. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Can't wait til we can go back!
