This stylish condo boasts stunning views and natural lighting that floods this 3-story retreat with warmth and beauty. The second-floor great room, blending natural textures like wood and stone, creates a rustic lodge feeling that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas together. The living area invites guests in with an incredible gas fireplace and flatscreen TV surrounded by plush seating with breathtaking views. The handsome kitchen, featuring spacious granite countertops, makes meal prep a breeze, while the traditional dining area can seat up to 8 people comfortably—with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. With direct access to the front deck, friends and family can step outside to admire the Lone Peak views or jump in the private hot tub to unwind and relax. Inside, there is 1 primary bedroom on this floor with a luxurious private bathroom.
When it comes to accommodating the entire family, the first-floor bunk room has it all—1 twin-over-twin bed, 1 twin-over-queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. There’s even a foosball table in the room, making it perfect for teenagers and kids with a competitive spirit. In the hallway, guests can use the full-sized washer and dryer.
On the third floor is where the remaining bedrooms are located—1 guest bedroom with a king bed and 1 other guest bedroom with a king bed and a twin-sized daybed. Both share a bathroom.
