in the vibrancy and coastal lure of The Crowned Pineapple, Unit 15, at Ocean Villas, a
gated oceanfront community located along St. Augustine's pristine historic coast. A
1200 sq ft, 2 BR/2 BA ocean view condo/townhome, it has private gated beach access
including a large gazebo just steps from your condo. The complex includes two resort
pools: a new stunning oceanfront zero entry ocean pool & a heated tropical lagoon pool
surrounded by a scenic boardwalk for strolling. Restrooms and showers are located at
both pools for guests' convenience.

This private condominium accommodation includes two beautifully furnished balconies
with ocean and pool views, premier renovations, custom interior designs including
reclaimed barn doors with stained glass clamshell inlays, marble & Cambria quartz
countertops and vessel sinks. Mediterranean sconce lighting, natural grass cloth walls,
and pebbled flooring in the master suite bath are a nod to St. Augustine's Spanish
influence. The downstairs guest bath has custom embossed shower tiles of Loggerhead
sea turtles and bamboo cabinetry. The unit has a full size washer/dryer, and a
renovated kitchen furnished with everything you need to prepare a meal or snack
between your enjoyment of the sun and sea. There is Lutron lighting throughout with
dimmer controls to customize your ambiance lighting.

A new king size Serta Prodigy cool memory foam mattress is in the owner's suite. The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with pillow top Simmons Beautyrest mattresses. There is personal, secure WiFi high-speed internet throughout and HD flat screen cable TVs in every room.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints were the downstairs bathroom really had no privacy and the showers had very little water pressure. The location of the condo was great and access to the pool and beach was fabulous. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall we loved the space. Having the downstairs full bath was an odd concept at first but we were just glad to have 2 full baths. The beds were not that comfortable for us, but we are pretty picky when it comes to mattresses. The second bedroom was a little weird as the door does access the 3rd floor balcony that connects to the other rooms in the building. The deadbolt wouldnt latch because its not lined up, but the knob lock works. The weather stripping also didnt do much to seal out the got air, and as it was the south facing room at the end of summer it was very warm. We ended up buying a small fan to help circulate the air that we took home. There is limited clothing storage in that room as well, so its best to pack capsule style, or have more hanging items that can go in a closet. The master closet is massive with plenty of storage to use. The bathroom sinks are not child friendly unless you have a step for them to get up over the edge of the bowl. The stools at the kitchen table are very heavy so they dont scoot well. Generally speaking, these are all minor inconveniences. We had 2 issues the whole time we were there and they were fixed within 24 hours and management was very swift to respond. With the passcode entry they are able to get maintenance in while you're out exploring with a 1 day use code if you're comfortable with it. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED. There was even a small blender. Really the whole place is fully stocked.
