THE SPACES
Living Areas:
Okanagan Valley Villa is an indulgent 3-story home for the discerning traveler. The main floor features high ceilings, a spacious living room, and a gas fireplace. The interior is an impressive display of modern style with subtle touches of classic 19th-century style as seen in its charming stone-brick fireplace and arched window.
Dining Amenities:
On the same level as the living area is a dining area with seating for eight and lit by an eye-catching ceiling light. The kitchen boasts handsome dark wood and a massive island. Modern appliances are installed seamlessly into the cabinetry, ready to assist in food preparation.
Outdoor Facilities:
BC’s weather can be unpredictable, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the most of your vacation. With a heated outdoor pool, you can go for a little dip, even on cooler days. The lavishly landscaped lot features views of the valley and Okanagan Lake, a flat, green lawn ideal for playing outdoor games or letting the kids run around. Adults can also roll out a yoga mat for some outdoor aerobics, or lay out a blanket and read a book.
Indoor Entertainment:
Enjoy the novelty of a home theatre with a mounted overhead projector that lets you play your favorite Netflix or Disney movie. All you need is some stovetop popcorn and you have the recipe for an unforgettable night.
Vacation shouldn’t get in the way of a healthy lifestyle. With a home gym, you can get your sweat on and burn off the indulgent vacation calories!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
The spacious, bright bedrooms on the upper floors offer relaxing garden views, while the lower level boasts an oversized bedroom. Occupants can enjoy entertainment in private thanks to wall-mounted televisions while the bathrooms with their lavish fixtures and counters offer luxuriant bathing.
THE SETTING
Neighborhood:
The villa enjoys an idyllic location in one of Kelowna’s upscale neighborhoods. The mountain line is visible past rows of alpine trees that line the property’s boundaries. It is also within walking distance of several wineries, hiking trails, and other popular attractions!
Getting Around:
Bringing your car or hiring a vehicle is the best way to move around in this part of Kelowna. The property provides free parking for guests.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn't record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.
Exterior Cameras:
For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places, and around the property's perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.
Insurance:
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG – a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact.
Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification. We also use SUPERHOG to collect either a fully refundable deposit (plus a non-refundable admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver.
Both the deposit and the waiver cover you for any accidental damage caused during your stay. Please complete your validation prior to check-in.

4. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM.
5. No parties or events on the property.
6. Completely extinguish fires in pits or grills; no unattended fires.

9. Park in designated areas without blocking neighbors.
10. Turn off all appliances and lights when leaving.
11. Sort waste: food in garbage bins, recycle others.
12. Lock doors and windows when exiting.
13. No indoor smoking; use designated outdoor areas.
14. Secure outdoor items in bad weather.
15. No access to locked storage and pool equipment rooms.
16. No glassware in the pool area.
17. Supervise children near pool
18. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
19. Avoid oils, lotions, soaps in the pool and hot tub.
