In a great neighbourhood, surrounded by eclectic bars and coffee joints, this historic home is a charming way to experience Denver. Modernised but with a retro twist, the home might be trendy, but it's more focused on being practical. The kitchen is generous, and there's an office for anyone having to keep on top of work emails. Spacious rooms give everyone space, but should you feel short on it, you can always grab a seat at the bistro table in the backyard – there's also a basement games room with table football to hunker down in. Apart from eateries, you'll find galleries within walking distance, and you can drive to the mall, golf course or Coors Field stadium in minutes. Home truths: *Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home. Your host asks that you please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. *As there are stairs to climb here, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. *We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to two cars here. There's also additional on-street parking. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. *There's a dedicated office space here for when you need to catch up on work during your stay. *The fireplace is not in use.
