- Garage parking for one car. A second car can park in front of the garage. Any other cars will need to park on the street and to be aware of street signage to move during street sweeping days.

Please note there is a rock sea wall in front of the home. The nearest sand public beach where the public swims, will be walking two miles north near the Oceanside Pier. The home does not have central AC, however, we have installed portable AC units in the upstairs bedrooms and there are two tower fans for guests to use in the living room and the downstairs bedroom.
This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. Dogs are permitted with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
