Struttura molto carina e ben posizionats

Struttura molto carina, pulita ed arredata con gusto Buona la posizione: una ventina di minuti piedi dal centro storico Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici da/per il porto e da/per le spiagge più vicine ad Olbia ma anche della cista Smeralda e/o San Teodoro - la fermata sta proprio dietro il B &B!!; La signora super disponibile per check-in anticipato. Gradito il vassoio con acqua, caffè, fette biscottate e marmellata per una prima colazione Se dovessi ritornare ad Olbia lo riprenderei in considerazione e/o lo consiglierei!

La televisione non è ben sintonizzata per cui se si becca qualche serata di pioggia o si vuole sentire qualche notizia al TG al mattino è un po' problematico!

Great location and nice room

Was not aware that it was a shared terrace/balcony. I think the wording of this needs to be changed on the website to make it more clear.

It was a fair experience

It was an amazing location . Hostess was nice

The outside cleaning, stairs could be better The shower space was too small and there was no place to put soap nor shampoo and conditioner. Air conditioning made some noises.

Good location. Close to airport and bus routes and Olbia centre.

Clean, comfortable bed, light A/C so could leave on at night and not get too cold or stuffy nosed, hairdryer, fridge, kettle. Location amazing. Quiet at night. Good shower.

Very thin walls so could hear everything, even when they talked, of next room. No cups. No shampoo. TV didn’t work but maybe I needed to fiddle with it more. I tried then just didn’t bother to use it or ask for help. Wifi unpredictable.

Good location for catching busses to the airport!

Shower was dirty (mould and yellow stains), toilet seat was broken.

The room was clean and the location is good.

The air conditioner of our room was broken and sounds like a tractor. It was impossible to sleep while the air conditioner was running. Also the beds were extremely hard.

Anna has been a great host , helpful and flexible …Location is nearby bus stops where you can take a bus to all beaches

Had a great time!

Excellent stay. The premises are lovely with an amazing terrace to have breakfast or sunbathe. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and fresh with good air con!! Lovely and helpful host, location is perfect too. Highly recommended :) we'll definitely be back if ever in Olbia again.

Couldn't drink the water as it is stored in tanks so make sure to buy and store bottled water in the mini fridge provided.

It was a very good location, pretty close to the city center. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very cute. There was also a very nice balcony to relax. Moreover, a super nice view from the balcony.

The host didn't speak English at all, only Italian. But you could do the work with some Spanish or French since she could understand some stuff. There was no shampoo. One more thing, the host told us there is no pressure in the bathroom water after 10pm which was not true during our stay at least (end of August)
