This two-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway is a few steps and a splash away from the pristine complex pool and not much further from the crystal blue waves of the Atlantic. Aside from its convenient, ground-floor location, you and five others will be smitten with the condo's light, welcoming interior. Bask in the sunshine, swim in the cool water, and relax with those you love when you make this retreat yours!
As you step into this condo, you'll immediately feel as if it were your second home. The front door opens into the inviting living area that's composed of light walls, weathered wood flooring, and a soothing spectrum of warm tones. The living area beckons all to curl up on its pull-out couch and two leather recliners. While it has a home-like presence, this space whispers of the scenery outside your door with its subtle beachy accents throughout. When you're not playing in the waves, you'll find entertainment in the provided books, puzzles, and shows playing on the flat-screen TV (equipped with a DVD player & DVR!).
Before you set up your towel and umbrella on the shore, take the time to enjoy your fully furnished, ground-floor patio. This area has modern wood-tile flooring, two cushioned chairs, and a lounger for afternoon naps in the Florida sunshine. As it looks directly onto the complex's pool, you'll find yourself unable to stay here long as you'll frequently be going for swims!
When everyone's worked up an appetite from a day on the shore, whip up an easy meal in the beautifully renovated kitchen. This space is filled with bright white cabinetry and light counters that contrast perfectly against the teal-hued backsplash. Gather your ingredients and begin preparing your entrée with all the tools and essentials this kitchen provides.
