About this house rental

This freshly renovated home is modern, warm and inviting. Located close to Walla Walla University and just minutes from Downtown Walla Walla. A one-level home in a quiet dead-end cul-de-sac neighborhood.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The large fenced backyard features a patio with ample seating for lounging and BBQs. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The perfect place to stay & relax!

The Space:
The open concept allows for a true unobstructed gathering for guests throughout the kitchen, dining, and living area. Both Keurig and drip coffee options are available.

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including; cooking utensils, pans, trays, oils, spray, and seasonings. There is a griddle, toaster, and even a waffle maker. Both Keurig and drip coffee options are available.

Dining area offers bench seating at the table for flexible seating. Games are located in the buffet against the wall.

Living area features a 65” Roku TV (where you can log in to all your streaming services), a remote-controlled electric fireplace, a DVD player, mini classic Nintendo, and assorted movies and books. The couch is a sleeper sofa as well.

Bedrooms feature flat-screen Roku TVs, memory foam mattresses, premium cotton sheets, closets with hangers and luggage racks, dual nightstands, and a remote-controlled fan for us ‘white noise’ lovers. There is a desk in the master as well as wireless chargers on both nightstands and an iron/ironing board in the closet.

Bathrooms are equipped with extra towels under the sinks, hair dryers, makeup towels, and even a cooling pad for flat/curling irons.

For your electric car; A Grizzl-E Level 2 electric car charger with a 25ft cord. 14-50R outlet (50amp 240v). Also, there is a regular 110 outlet on the front porch as well.

Additional Details:
Welcome to our spacious vacation rental, encompassing the entire right side of a duplex. However, unlike traditional duplexes, your privacy is our utmost concern. The only shared wall is a soundproof barrier in the living room. The backyard is separated by a privacy fence, ensuring your peaceful oasis. You'll appreciate the absence of adjoining yards, offering a truly serene retreat.

In terms of parking, a generously sized driveway provides ample off-street space for all guests. This duplex design offers the best of both worlds – the comfort and space of a private home, coupled with the reassurance of friendly neighbors nearby.

As the owners, we reside on the left side of the duplex and are readily available to assist you with any needs you may have upon request. Your comfort and enjoyment are our priorities.

Top notch accommodations. Beautiful home, kitchen stocked extremely well, and the beds were insanely comfortable. Linens were luxurious. Victor and Christine provided excellent communication throughout our visit, provided some great recommendations for places to eat. We sat outside in the evening (when it finally reached below 85 degrees.) great location, walkable coffee/breakfast spot. 11 minutes to downtown and easy drives to all the wineries. Definitely recommend this spot!!

This is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The owner was there right away when we needed him, the home is beautifully decorated and equipped (their towels are nicer than our towels at home), the kitchen had everything you need, and the neighborhood is quiet.

This house was just perfect. We spent 4 nights there with another couple doing wine tasting . The location is spot on for wineries and downtown. In fact it’s just perfect. Our accommodations were just awesome ! Thank you both for being so nice to us !

What a wonderful experience. Our host was both considerate and helpful. Because of no guests immediately before or after us, we were offered extended check in and check out times. My family and I stayed the weekend, and it was the perfect space for us. It was our first toad trip taking our EV. Having an EV charger onsite was a game changer! The space itself has every amenity, kitchen item, linen, board game, etc that you could ever need. Comfortable beds. Excellent location, with easy access to restaurants, wineries, etc. Victor was a wonderful host both before arrival and during. We will absolutely stay again next time we’re in Walla Walla!

What a comfortable, hidden gem in Walla Walla. We spent 3 nights enjoying wine tasting and exploring the countryside. The house was perfectly located to access all of our needs and very well furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable and check-in was a breeze. Great hosts who were attentive to the small details. Definitely recommend.

The property and host were outstanding. The condition and amenities were new and thoughtful... spices in a spice rack, olive oil, salt and pepper grinders, aluminum foil and plastic wrap were provided. The location was convenient and a short walk to a local bakery and Walla Walla University for a scenic walk through campus. The host provided some suggestions for local favorite restaurants as well. We enjoyed our stay!

After years of renting VRBO houses, this is one of the cleanest, most upscale house I’ve ever rented. From the appliances to the plush towels, this duplex is a place out of Home Interior magazine. The location is perfect, close enough to downtown Walla Walla and Wine Valley Country Club. The six adults had ample room to make meals all the while, playing Cornhole and sitting by the fire table enjoying a glass of wine. I highly recommend this duplex. We will be back next October!! Thanks Victor for being so hospitable.

Fantastic property with everything we needed for an extended stay. The owners were very attentive and responded quickly. The completely fenced in back yard was a perfect place for our grandchildren to play. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Comfortable beds with quality linens. This is the best stocked, well thought out property we have ever seen. These owners should teach others how to manage a rental property. We look forward to staying here again.

We have stayed in may a VRBO over the years and this one is by far the best one! It was very clean, in a great location & property manager a delight to work with. The listing was very accurate. I especially enjoyed the back patio for morning coffee & quiet time. We will stay here whenever we're in Walla Walla! The only very MINOR suggestion would be to add another reading lamp in the living room area. I had to grab a lamp from the spare bedroom for reading. (I returned it to its proper place prior to leaving.) Thank you for a GREAT stay.
