It’s a beautiful apartment. Just like the pictures. It was close to our granddaughter which was really nice. Location was good close to Trolley square that has a nice shopping area an a great restaurant that was in walking distance. The owner was super easy to get in touch with and very prompt to answer back within minutes. When we come back to visit would definitely stay here again.

Excellent spot! This was the second time we have stayed here and it was perfect again. The condo is cute, clean and quiet. The a/c kept us cool on an unusually hot weekend. This location was great since it is close to U of U and yet walking distance to the coffee shops at the 9s. We also like the proximity to the market. Overall, staying here was ideal for our SLC weekend.

This was our first experience staying at a VRBO and it was great! The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive. The parking was a little tight, but it worked. I’m definitely planning on staying here again when visiting our daughter at The U!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Close to shopping and stadium. Bed was comfortable and place was cozy. Only room for improvement would be upgrading the pots and pans.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter who lives near Trolley Square. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. It was very clean, just as advertised, with timely communication from the host. Check in was easy. I especially enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony. We will definitely be staying here again

The communication on the location, how to check in and out where all great. Located walking distance/short drives to a lot of convenances such as breakfast places, shopping markets, etc. Information on additional attractions were also provided in a booklet at the VRBO. The place was clean and tidy, pretty quiet despite it being next to a main road. Private parking is also provided. An over great place to stay, glad I choose here to stay.

We booked this condo for our SLC visit with our daughter who is a student at the U of U. This was a comfortable condo in a convenient spot. Everything was clean and well kept.

I flew in to SLC from RI. It was my first time in the area so I really appreciated all the details the host provided prior to my visit & was even able to accommodate an early check in. The entire process was seamless & host was exceptionally communicative. The property was conveniently located in the city but it is quite close to a main road & you can hear traffic throughout the day and night. Not a huge bother but worth mentioning if you’re looking for something more private & quiet. Overall it was perfect for my needs. The bed is huge & comfy. 2 patios which is nice though I didn’t use them much. Parking situation was convenient. Overall I would definitely recommend!

My daughter and i stayed here for 5 nights. It was perfectly located between the U, downtown and the ski resorts. The apartment was clean, safe and cozy. We ordered in dinner a couple of nights because we were so comfy! We will stay here again.

We stayed to enjoy Utah skiing with reduced costs and without a long drive to the ski hills we went to. Drive from condo was under 45 minutes. Condo was very clean and within walking distance of a number of restaurants where we could walk to after day of skiing.

Great property. Close to shopping, the university, and the mountains. There was a problem with VRBO posting the door code and the property host responded within minutes of sending an email. Will stay here again!

My husband and I spent 8 nights at the end of the year into January. Was exactly as advertised - great space, furnishings, kitchen and LOCATION! Lots in walking distance and short drive to Salt Lake City visitor spots. We will definitely look at staying again when we are in the area!

It was adorable. I especially loved the front and back patios.. The host was excellent with communication and availability.. We walked to trolley square and other areas.. My husband took the Trax back easily

We were very happy with our stay. The place is modern, clean and in good condition. It’s well equipped and the queen-sized bed is quite comfortable. Owner was lovely and super responsive and that’s a big plus. The only issue we had was it was on a slightly busy road but the bedroom is quiet. Overall, I’d recommend the place.

Perfect space for extended stays. Clean & spacious- two patios! And parking designated behind the building- away from traffic. Walking distance to trolley square, and quiet 4plex (no loud neighbors or excessive noise). U it was amply stocked for my stay with basic necessities, 10/10 I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The apartment was nicely furnished & clean. Our host checked in regularly with us to ensure smooth arrival, stay & departure. Location allowed for a 5 min walk to Trolly Square & quick drive to downtown. Would recommend property & we look forward to returning in the future!

My UofU son lives in the neighborhood so I chose to stay close to his house and it worked out great! Convenient location for a daily walk, grocery store and restaurants. Thanks so much for a great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close to campus where my son is and within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and cozy. The only thing that was a little off was the stairway leading to the apartment had an off putting smell. Once in the apt, it smells great and was really enjoyable. I would definitely stay again when I come to visit my son.
