Furry Friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $200/stay for the first pet, and $100/stay for each additional pet after that.
- Must be fully house trained
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding

KINDLY NOTE
- F and $100 each for extra pets.or your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.

Jenny and Kenny were amazing hosts and their home was well stocked to make it feel like a home away from home. We have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this one was by far the BEST experience overall-and that’s despite a hurricane coming ashore. Truly the house is amazing. Someone comes and puts your trash out on trash day, the lawn people come and take amazing care of the landscaping, the pool is kept up by a professional team and it was crystal clear and we loved spending hours in it each day. The location is great! It’s close to the beach (a 15 minute drive) and our favorite little local spot to eat “Sweetberries” There was plenty of room for us all and the house was very clean! There were little things like a Costco size supply of trash bags, tinfoil, laundry soap and more that made the stay easy. There were beach chairs and pool floats plus a nice grill outside available for use. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor bathtub and shower too. The house was nice and cool with the a/c working well. Linens were nice and clean and the memory foam mattresses were SO comfy. I am sure I am forgetting some of the great highlights, but we loved our time at Royal Eden and are already looking for a time to come visit again. Thank you Kenny and Jenny!

We had an excellent time at house. The outdoor space is simply amazing. The home was very clean and well taken care of. The location of this house is super convenient to beaches and shops. Jenny was the most responsive host we have ever had, they were top notch hosts! We would absolutely recommend staying here again.

This property was amazing from the layout, to the pool, to the amenities provided. The house was super clean and the host was very responsive to all questions/concerns. The local attraction interactive map was also very helpful.

Wonderful house with all the amenities. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. The beds were very comfortable which is always a worry when away from home. Our stay was 1-month and we felt very "at home". The pool and backyard are beautifully maintained. Highly recommend this to anyone.

The property was excellent and we loved our stay there. The game room with the pool table was a great add-in especially since we got some pretty rainy days during our stay. The pool was heated and we could spend some time playing in the pool despite the cold weather. Kids loved the pool table and the pool. My wife loved the kitchen because was fully equipped with everything you may need (from pots and pans, glasses and plates to the condiments). It was clean and everything was functioning properly. We also got to use the grill outside, as well as the pool an beach accessories (despite the cold weather). The neighbourhood is quiet but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, IMG Academy and Ana Maria Island and beaches over there. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and surprised us with a nice gift for Christmas. Kids loved it very much We would love to come back to the area and we would definitely rent the same place. We also recommend it for everyone with a big family willing to spend a week or more in Bradenton. I can only imagine how nice is to spend it in the spring or summerr

This property had everything we needed for a family vacation. It was spacious and the property was well maintained and conveniently located for beach visits, shopping and restaurants. We had a great stay!

The property was very beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and short outings to the beach. We decided at the last minute to extend our stay and the owners were very accommodating as well as Vrbo for assistance in this extra night! I cannot say enough about how nice this property was!!
