We had an amazing stay at the apartments from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were super friendly

שהות נפלאה ומרגיעה בלפקדה

הוילה מקסימה, מרווחת, מעוצבת ומאובזרת להפליא. נוף יפה לבריכה ולים. מרפסת ענקית עם ריהוט נוח הן לארוחה והן למנוחה . אהבנו להתעורר לזריחות ולצפות בהן מהמיטה בחדר השינה. הבריכה קטנה יחסית, אך נעימה ועם כסאות נוחים לישיבה. החצר יורדת לחוף קטן, פחות התאים לנו לרחצה, אך מוסיף ליופי ולשלווה. מעל הכל, בעלת המקום היתה מקסימה, כל כך אדיבה ומוכנה לסייע בכל דבר. הדירה נוקתה וסודרה בכל יום והמגבות הוחלפו, עם ריח ורכות נפלאים. היה פשוט תענוג לחזור כל ערב לדירה.

דירה מקסימה ומרווחת, נקייה, מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה, באמת קשה לעזוב את המקום עם הים והמרפסת היפה. נקי, נוח, מפנק (חלוקים ומגבות לים). תריסים חשמליים שמאפשרים חשיכה. מבחינתי 11 מתוך 10.

Tolles modernes Apartment mit schöner Aussicht und freundlichen Gastgebern.

Das Apartment war super schön und sauber, der Blick war toll und die Lage direkt am Meer war auch super. Besonders schön war der freundliche Empfang und die zuvorkommende Art der Vermieterin. Da das Apartment am nächsten Tag nicht gebucht war konnten wir bis 13 Uhr im Apartment bleiben und hätten auch den ganzen Tag am Pool oder Strand bleiben durfen. Gerne wieder

Fantastic design and comfort, and excellent hosting!

We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home straight away. The hostess couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended. We can also highly recommend the beach setting of Pantazis Tavern for dinner.

Appartamento nuovo e lussuoso a Nikiana!

Struttura nuova, camere arredate bene, cambio asciugamani ogni 2-3gg pulizia quotidiana. Accesso fronte mare e privato molto bello!

La location non è “wow” ma comunque dall’interno della struttura non si percepisce niente.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay, having a swim before the first coffee.

New, modern, well equipped, with a garden leading to a small beach. Beach may be on the “wrong” side of Lefkada, offering less turquoise shades, yet we appreciated the tranquility the first swim in the morning over a coffee, was offering. There is a parking space as well, which makes life easier. Beach front location exceeded our expectations.

It required a lot of driving to the west side, where the most beautiful beaches are. The village is typical mainstream spot with no character.

Very nice apartments, clean and new. The pool is clean and enjoyable then a little more in the back the sea just perfect, this place has a little bit of everything. Owner is the best she is so nice and i love that they are pet friendly..they even have a place to walk the dog. I would def stay here again!

Top location, moderne Unterkunft, herzliche Gastgeber - alles perfekt!

Super Lage in der Nähe der Stadt und an der schönen Ostküste der Insel. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll. Fabulous place

L'endroit est charmant, bien tenu, propre et décoré avec goût. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et magnifique avec une vue et un accès à la piscine et à la plage privée. La chambre est équipée au-delà des attentes !! L'hôtesse est charmante et sa générosité transparaît dans chaque détail de la maison d'hôtes. Nous serions certainement ravis de visiter cet endroit à nouveau.

הכל נקי וחדש, הוילה מאובזרת בהכל כולל מדיח כלים ומכונת כביסה, מגבות לים ומגבות רחצה, כלי מטבח וקפסולות קפה, בעלי הנכס אדיבים ונחמדים מאוד. פינקו בפירות, יין ועוגיות. הוילה ממוקמת במרחק 10 דקות ממרכז לאפקדה. אנחנו לגמרי נחזור לשם !!!

Wonderful apartments with pool and direct access to the sea

We had a wonderful stay. Our apartment overlooked the pool and had a nice sea view ( I highly recommend the apartments with sea view, although the premises offer direct access to the sea for all apartments). Everything is very clean, neat and new. Apartments are well equipped. The hosts are extremly welcoming and caring: We were warmly welcome with wine, water, fruits and bisquits. Location: Beaches are not far, restaurants within walking distance and the town Lefkada just 10 mins away by car. We will certainly come again to stay a few days longer next time.

מקום חדש. הצוות היה מאוד שירותי ונענה לכל שאלה ובקשה. מיטות נוחות ומטבח נעים. רעיון נחמד שישנו ״חוף פרטי״׳.

הבריכה ממוקמת בדיוק מול הבית של הבעלים כך שלעיתים הרגשנו לא בנוח להיכנס כשבעל המקום מסתכל עלינו. החוף הפרטי מאוד חמוד אך יש להבין כי מדובר במקום קטן מאוד. בחדר שלנו ידית בדלת המקלחת הייתה רופפת ועל אף שבעלת המקום ניסתה לתקנה היא נפלה מספר פעמים.

Everything were great the location is very convenient if you want to discover the whole island, the apartment was always clean and fresh, the people super helpful and welcoming, nothing negative to say 😀

We had a car so it was no problem to go do shopping, maybe if you don't have a car can be a bit of a hassle to get groceries.

Amazing find!

We spent two weeks here with our 2 pre teen children and had the most relaxing holiday ever. The apartments are beautifully decorated - modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. There is absolutely everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine) hairdryer, iron etc. The beds are super comfortable and the shower is fab (always hot water available). The grounds are beautiful, a gorgeous pool with plenty of shade if you need it and there’s even a little beach with sun loungers etc. Restaurants, Mini Markets and 2 really nice beaches are within 15 mins walk. We didn’t want to hire a car this time but there is a bus stop right outside where you can get to Lefkas/Nidri etc. Il Forno bakery over the road is gorgeous and you can order Pizzas to pick up if you don’t feel like going out, we also had a couple of deliveries from Zimmis (highly recommended). The family who own the apartments are the loveliest people, so warm and friendly. We were all so sad to leave and are definitely planning to return in the future!

The best

Everything was perfect. The water in the pool was warm, perfect for relaxing, the sea was very close. Cleaning was done daily, the courtyard and the lounge area were extremely clean. The owners are very friendly, they have a very cute puppy named Luna. The village of Nikiana is close, we walked to the taverns. The area is quiet. The rooms are very nicely furnished, there is an iron and dryer, coffee machine with capsules, which were always supplemented. There is a Lidl store approx. 3 km away, we can easily reach it by car. Across the street is a pastry shop Il Forno with extremely good products that opens early at 07.00. We felt very well.

In our room, there was a problem with the drain in the bathroom, it was not working properly. A lot of water came out when I was taking a shower.

Rooms are brand new. Location is perfect, right next to a private beach. Staff was very helpful and also gave us the choice of late checkout.

Amazing apartment with 3 balconies. The owners and the staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful at any time. The place has a parking and a mini beach that is basically in the backyard. The room was very big, had everything needed and was very clean. One of the best places we’ve stayed at.

A beautifully designed apartment, everything is new, high-quality, and tasteful. The complex is stunning and tranquil, right by the sea with a small and lovely beach. The host's service was one of the best we've ever experienced. She waited for us when we arrived late at night, took us to the supermarket before we got the rental car. We highly recommend it!
