Great

Location is great and the house really Nicely furnished.Kelly is really friendly

Would like the option of an earlier check in at say 3pm and maybe a later check out say 11 o’clock rather than 4 & 10

Amazing

Property was honestly amazing not a bad thing to say, everywhere was super clean and well kept house. The host was amazing and super helpful. Everything is so close including the beach and everything else you could possibly need !!

Delightful and easy stay in a wonderful beach accessible house

We loved this house! It was clean as a pin, fully equipped, has a parking space and is right across from the beach, as advertised. It is very clear that Kelly takes great pride in caring for this house and the people staying there.

We will definitely be booking again

I can’t fault this property absolutely lovely. Extremely clean and very welcoming like home from home. Everything you needed there. Over the road from the beach great location. Beaches dog friendly pubs and cafe all dog friendly.

Lovely little house in a perfect location for everything!

Excellent location. Lovely size, nice little courtyard garden. Good communication with host.

My only criticism would be that it was incredibly cold inside. No heating on for when we arrived & given it was mid January that was a real downer as it took around 4 hours for the house to heat to a comfortable temperature. Despite that we would definitely return but perhaps ask the host to put the heating on next time.

Lovely place for a beach trip to visit friends, would definitely book again.

Lovely clean, bright and spacious property in a great location with parking and also a car park very close by. Great facilities, stayed with my mum and 2 kids, plenty of room and love the little touches like the game which we all played.

The best “find” in Walton on the Naze !

The property was in a great location in a quiet street close to the sea front. It was so clean, modern, bright - we were both so pleased with this accommodation- it was a fully furnished two bedroom two bathroom two story house. There is parking available. I cannot rate this house highly enough.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. It was perfect and will definitely stay there again!

A perfect stay for families and groups!

Perfect location and perfect sized property. We were a group of 6 and had lots of room/comfort. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. Kelly was lovely when showing us around and showed us each room and where to find extra pillows/duvets.

Lovely stay ,we'll equipt, decorated and finished to a high specification, easy access, shower in main bedroom,and sink in other upstairs bathroom small leak at the base ,so couple of plumbing issues,,don't let that put you off lovely house would recommend, and definitely stay again

Superb

Beautiful, cosy and clean property, just a stones throw from the beach, pier and local shops. Host was very helpful too. Would highly recommend this property.

Lovely house, in the centre of town and by the beach.

Spotless property with big bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The location was central to the town and you could easily walk to the beach, shops and pier.
