Alde Lodge is a spacious luxury lodge on the delightful Church Farm Holiday Park in Aldeburgh, Suffolk. It's a very tranquil location just by the sea and a perfect base to explore Aldeburgh and the surrounding area. With two double bedrooms and one twin room, this lodge is wonderful for both couples and families and sleeps maximum 6 guests.
The lodge is walking distance to the beach, shops and pubs and the owners will consider allowing 1 dog (please inquire).

The space
You are welcomed into Alde Lodge through the front door into the smart and functional utility room. The room features an integrated washer/dryer, storage space, worktop and lovely big coat hooks.

To the left of the utility is the kitchen/living/dining space and to the right are the 3 ensuite bedrooms.

Kitchen
Sleek shiny grey units and wood effect worktops make this stylish kitchen space. With integrated microwave, oven/grill, wine fridge, full size dishwasher and large fridge with four drawer freezer. The island houses a 5 ring gas hob with a breakfast bar and two sturdy bar stools on the other side. The kitchen drawers have everything you need including lots of Joseph Joseph utensils and there's a Tassimo coffee machine on the worktop (please bring your coffee own discs).

Dining
Enjoy long lazy lunches and evening suppers in the soft faux suede dining chairs around the handsome table.

Living / Relaxing
With a large flat screen smart TV on the wall above the electric flame effect fire, groups of up to 6 can relax comfortably on the large four seater and two seat sofas.

The Bedrooms
All three bedrooms have well proportioned en-suite shower rooms and are very stylishly furnished. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with two standard size single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
Each bedroom has its own wall mounted, flat screen smart TV and a large built in cupboard with hanging rail and hangers.

Outside
The living space in Alde Lodge is glazed at one end with two huge sliding doors which lead out to the paved patio/terrace. The owners have invested in luxurious patio furniture with shower proof cushions for guests to enjoy on sunny days.

To the side if the property is a table and four chairs with a parasol at which guests can enjoy alfresco dining.

There is allocated parking next to the property for two cars (one behind the other).

A gorgeous Lodge in a peaceful quiet setting with plenty of room between the Lodges. Alde Lodge has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. It is spacious, lovely comfortable beds and gorgeous fluffy towels and plenty of lovely outdoor furniture to catch the sun and relax outside. A short walk to the site entrance and then just 2 minutes walk to the front with a walk along the side of a lovely pebble beach to the centre where there are lovely restaurants, coffee shops and delicious choices of ice creams. We fell in love with Aldeburgh.

Wow, what a find!!!
Alde Lodge was the perfect home from home for our girls weekend. The lodge is finished to a high standard and was very comfortable. It was perfectly situated for beach walks into the town and further along the coast to Thorpeness.
We fully intend to return again next year!

Church Farm Holiday park is a quiet site and no ball games are allowed. There are couple of fabulous parks in Aldeburgh if children need space other than the beach, which is only a very short walk from the lodge.
Other things to note
This lodge is located on a holiday park owned by Amber Leisure. For security reasons only (in no way authorised to use for marketing purposes) they request contact details for all guests staying within the park. We will, therefore, pass your details on to them at the time of booking.
Please also note that branded vehicles are not allowed on Church View Holiday Park and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

The entire property is for guests.
1 well behaved dog may be considered. Please contact the host with details of breed, size, age and temperament in order for the property owners to make an informed decision.

If the owners do allow your dog, it must not jump on any furniture or be left in the lodge unattended at any time. Dogs must be kept on leads in the holiday park and you must clear up after your dog.

No parties are allowed at Alde Lodge.

There are steps up to the door of the lodge but no steps inside.

Names of each guest are required by the holiday park owners.

No branded vehicles are permitted on the holiday park.

Parking on the drive for 2 cars one behind the other. There are no other spaces on the park available but parking can be found on the road along side the holiday park.
